Our family met in Albuquerque for a family event and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. David the host was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the home was the best equipped of any we've stayed at, the beds were comfortable, and the location perfect ... just a block from Old Town.
Beautiful clean space, well-kept up, great location near Old Town, Tiguex Park and many fun museums and attractions, and wonderfully friendly, helpful, accommodating and kind host.
The property was fabulous! We will want to stay again in the near future. The fenced yard was perfect for our small dog, there were no places he could get out of the yard at. Although we did not cook this time out, we noted how clean the kitchen was and how it had everything you could need to prepare any type of meal.We were really impressed.
We loved our stay! Conveniently located to so many restaurants, coffee shops and a park. Super comfortable and the linens and towels were really nice. Our host left great recommendations and communication was great.
Sam was a fabulous host. Great communication, before and during our stay. The home was comfortable and had so many amenities to make the stay even more pleasant. The home’s location is ideal. It’s close to Old Town, grocery shopping, restaurants, and downtown attractions. We’re so happy to have found this home and will definitely request to book here again. Thank you, Sam!
Nice big roomy house located just minutes from Old Town and a really great park with walking paths-highly recommended and would stay again if back in Albuquerque!!
I rented this home for a month to escape the Midwest winter, explore a new part of the country, and attend a nearby business conference—and it was a great choice all around. The house itself is charming and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was incredibly convenient for my conference, and during my downtime, everything I wanted to see and do around Albuquerque felt easily accessible. One of the unexpected highlights was the backyard. My dog, Louise, absolutely loved soaking up the sun out there, and I appreciated having a fully fenced space where I knew she was safe.During my stay, my son and granddaughter came to help with the conference, and I also hosted a visiting friend. The house handled it all comfortably—it was wonderful to have enough space for everyone without feeling crowded. As someone who enjoys cooking, I was especially pleased with the kitchen setup. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, including quality cookware (which is not always a given in rentals).Sam was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions that came up.All in all, this was a comfortable, well-located home with thoughtful amenities and a great host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
I absolutely loved this place! It was a very short walk to Old Town Plaza. Sawmill market was in walking distance. Any time i go to Abq i really hope this place is available.
This is an excellent Southwest style home on a quiet street but within walking distance of a weeks worth of activities. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dinnerwear, and the pantry has plenty of the little things that you might forget to bring if you're cooking. The host is friendly, has a good attitude and excellent communication. This property checks all the boxes for a 5 star stay.
Hi, I am Sam. I am a homeschooling father, enjoy cooking creative meals, and am an all around handyman. I have a passion for my family, the community, disc golf and soccer. To relax in the evenings you can find me in my garden and tending our chickens in the beautiful cool Albuquerque evenings.

Historic area of Albuquerque!! The location is fantastic, you will be surrounded by restaurants and museums. If you hop in the car you can drive 5 minutes to the Bio Park, which includes the aquarium. The ABQ zoo is just a short drive through old neighborhoods. Downtown is also just a short 5-minute drive. The home itself is a remodeled Adobe with consideration of its 1926 origins. Hardwood floors and saltillo tile cover the floors. Simple yet elegant bedrooms and bathrooms with modern amenities.
