The Space:
This condominium can be rented on its own, and has the possibility to be rented with neighboring unit 10. There are 2 condominiums located directly next to each other with inside locking doors adjoining the two units. The connecting doors can be unlocked if rented together and you can walk freely through to the other condominium without having to go outside. Separately the condo is perfect for a couple to stay, or with small children to a maximum capacity of 4 persons. With the King bed and the Queen sofa sleeper both units could accommodate a young family of 4.
Or renting both units together can be a great option for two couples or a larger family travelling together.
The units and property are smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and front patio.

The spacious bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, TV, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Towels are provided for the maximum capacity of 4 persons. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa, TV, air-conditioning, and a phone with free calls to Canada/US. The condo includes free high speed WIFI and 1000+ TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, toaster, kettle, melitta pour over coffee maker, and microwave oven. The condo also includes accessibility upgrades: higher toilet and grab bar in shower to help those with mobility issues or back/leg concerns to feel safe and comfortable. The condo is entirely main level with no stairs. The property is gated and completely enclosed and has a nice, large communal swimming pool with beautiful landscaped gardens. You can certainly park your car on the premises; parking is free.

If you wish to enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends, there are gas grills available right next to the large gazebo with tables and chairs, ready for your convenience! Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for your use at the beach.

Utilities:
The rate includes a final cleaning, bookings fee and an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15, - per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is for your own private use and the communal pool and all amenities at Aruba Pearl Condos are for the use of all Aruba Pearl Condos guests.

Getting Around:
If you would like to see more than just the Eagle Beach area, we would highly recommend renting a car as it is easy to drive in Aruba and everything is within only a couple minutes driving.

We work with transportation and car rental companies and can help you arrange your transfers and/or car rental in Aruba.
