SECOND BEDROOM (NAUTICAL ROOM) ~ Queen size bed, full size dresser, 2 night stands with USB outlets on back, alarm clock with ports for cell phone/tablet charging, smart TV, black out curtains, and small closet. Extra pillow and blankets in drawers under the bed.

THIRD BEDROOM (MERMAID ROOM) ~ Queen size bed, dresser, smart TV, night shelf, alarm clock with ports for cell phone/tablet charging, black out curtains, and small closet containing washer/dryer. Suitcase stand in this room to help with the absence of closet space. Extra pillow and blankets in drawers under the bed.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM COMBO ~ Sofabed and chairs along with Smart 65" flat screen TV, DVD player, a door out to the balcony, and a lovely large picture window for enjoying the view! A few games, puzzles, and books as well! Picnic style table that seats 6! 2 more at the island!

KITCHEN ~ Nice size kitchen with all the necessities! SS appliances include fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher ~ sea glass and shell Granite ~ Glass backsplash ~ Coffee/wine area ~ island for extra seating spaces!

This is a family owned condo that we love! We welcome any visitors that will please treat it as such and enjoy it as much as we do! Our goal is to build repeat fabulous guests!

Beautiful ocean views from this unit and the balcony! Unit has been completely updated in 2022! Every inch of this unit has been touched! First floor unit is actually up a flight of stairs, please be aware there is no elevator. But you get past that once you see how close the beach is, it's RIGHT there! Breakfast on the balcony is one of my favorite times of day! Any given day of watching can include surfers, pelicans, or dolphins! It's so relaxing!

****Very important to note, parking is extremely limited. There is ONLY ONE assigned space that is yours for your stay under the building, plus 4 "first come first serve" spots in front of the building. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly and bring one car whenever possible, two at most.

Rentals include linens (sheets and towels) and utilities, including Wi-Fi. ***** Beach towels are in the unit, but due to time constraints between guests, they are NOT included in cleaning - if these are used, they MUST be washed and returned to their closet space as found. All bedrooms have smart TV's. Family room includes a smart 65" tv for watching your Netflix, Amazon, etc, accounts, as well as a DVD player. Washer/dryer in unit. Well stocked kitchen, majority of furniture in unit is new.

Building has a small lap pool for relaxing... *****this is a very small pool, so if you plan to spend your entire vacation at the pool as opposed to the beach, this unit probably isn't for you. :) Check out our other unit, Dolphin Cay 204 if a large pool is important to you!

***** There is NO outside grill provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own grill to use as long as it's NOT close to the building, DEFINITELY not on the balcony, and EVERYTHING is cleaned up after use. Nothing can be left in the backyard, everything must be discarded properly!

SURFSIDE BEACH, SC ~ "The family beach" ~ Great environment for relaxing! MANY area attractions including a ton of golf courses, loads of shopping, restaurants galore, etc! ****IMPORTANT!! NEW laws for Surfside Beach, canopy tents ARE allowed once again!! They must be spaced 10 feet apart and they, along with all chairs/umbrellas, must be 8 feet from the dunes! THEY ARE POLICING AND ENFORCING THESE RULES!!
