Conveniently located private beach home with a private pool(heat available for FEE), private elevator that reaches every level and beach access across the street. This home features 2 King suites, one on the first floor and the other on the second. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed with a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has 2 full beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom that is located on the 2nd floor hallway. The half bathroom is located off the kitchen on the 1st floor, which is also where the washer and dryer are located.

Please wash any beach towels and any gray blankets prior to leaving, so the next guests can enjoy using them.
Please make sure pool items and beach items are put away and the pool area is how you arrived.

My group of six female writers gather at the beach every year for a long weekend of rest, friendship, laughter, writing, good food and walks on the beach. This was our first time at Resting Beach Face. The home was spacious, fresh and clean. A quick walk to the beach and a safe well-located section of town. The host and the cleaner were very responsive when we contacted them with an issue or two.

We had a great time staying at this house! It is a nice house with plenty of room for all of us. Even though we brought our own, they had beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys and floats available for our use. We enjoyed the location. We weren’t right in the craziness of Myrtle, but were close enough for if we wanted to go there, it wasn’t a far drive there. The host was very nice and good with communication. We will definitely add this on our list of places to stay.

When we arrived it wasn’t very set up for us. The hose was still in the pool and the pool had many issues. Wasn’t exactly what is listed in this description. There were still several messes from the people before us. The pool didn’t work or look as described and the host said he would send the cleaner to check it but never seemed to show up. The carpet was super stained. Old food left in the oven. Old food left in the fridge and freezer. And many items from the last people found in common areas of the house including dirty towels under the bed. Also the post states there are no additional fees but then you have to pay for pool fees. There are definitely extra fees for this stay. Just wasn’t what we expected from the pictures. Stay in many air b&b and just overall wasn’t impressed by my stay. Communication from host was great but the people he said would be showing up to check our issues.. never did.

Hi Nikki, sorry you didn't feel your stay was 5 stars. The pool was just cleaned before your arrival and they were adding more water to the pool with the hose, which I communicated to you. Our pool pump runs 24/7 and when you asked about it seeming like the pump wasn't on I verified with the pool cleaners and my app that shows there is flow through the heat pump. No other issues were brought to our attention during your stay and I would have definitely made an effort to correct anything and had my cleaners go to the house for any inside issue. The only fee that is additional is to heat the pool, which is stated in our listing.

Getaway trip with my cousins

Everything was really clean when we there. Check in took a minute but other than that it was smooth. The house is bigger than we expected which was nice. Overall we really enjoyed staying here!

Really Nice Place! A little far from downtown Myrtle, which we found was a good thing.

We loved the house. We unfortunately didn't have the best weather while we were there but managed to enjoy ourselves inside the large house. It is about a 20 minute ride from downtown Myrtle, which is nice because it isn't as crazy over in Surfside. We'd consider staying there again for sure.

The perfect beach vacation house!

The house has everything you need to have for a perfect vacation! Adam is very responsive with any questions you may have, and is an excellent host! With the house being only 100 yards or less from the beach it is as simple as loading up the wagon and going across the street.

Pool

The -pool was unusable as it was dirty due to debrie from a grounded stump. Concrete around the pull is jaggered from tree roots, Grass was not cut and the lining pool very unsightly So we did not get the use of the pool which- was the key point for booking location. Rental needs a deep cleaning carpets, spider webs and dust on kitchen counter cups! Corners and crevices need dusting Ground floor elevator door is filthy

Hi Debra, it would have been good to know the pool wasn't cleaned to your liking while you were staying there so I could have had our pool company come and clean. Also, if any part of the home needed attention you should have let me know so my cleaners could address it. These things weren't told to me while you were there.

FANTASTIC!

We LOVED our stay at "Resting Beach Face" - the house was perfect for our large family get together. Location, location, location....this was the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation - our large family group could come and go to the beach, even my 87 year old mother in law was able to walk there each day! The house was great - well stocked kitchen which we really appreciated. Comfortable living area with games, and balcony and LOTS of window and light. We thought we would use the pool but we didn't - the outside area wasn't quite as nice as I imagined - but we didn't need it as the beach is steps away. We would all absolutely come back and I very much hope we will.
