Great location.

Great location. On the beach with beautiful views. Great deck to grill and relax in the evenings. The space could use some upgrades and better cleaning. Overall it was great though and we still very much enjoyed our stay.

overall it was great! they dont have many items in the house that other houses I have seen before do but it was fine! we had a fabulous time! but bring games and condiments etc !

Adequate for beach lovers

Can’t beat the location. Stayed in the second floor in the use of the ocean are amazing. The place has everything we need to have a great week at the beach. Can’t beat the location. Stayed in the second floor in the use of the ocean are amazing. The place has everything we need to have a great week at the beach. Definitely some maintenance/upgrading needs to be taken care of. But one bummer was that the grill didn’t work and apparently somebody who had used it prior to us melted part of the railing.

Better than the description

The house was very cute. Loved the deck, especially since there was a full moon! The storm put a damper on things because we had no power. A few flashlights would've been helpful :) The grill was a bit temperamental, But that may have been due to the storm. LBI is our favorite place, I would absolutely rent this house again.
