Enjoy bay views while just a short distance from the beach! Adjacent to Convention Hall, this lovely bayside condominium project features 4 buildings; each building has one or more elevators, access to the outdoor pool, off street parking and boat docking. Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Some units are NON-SMOKING. King mattress in the master bedroom was replaced in 2026. Wireless internet access is available in some units.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate all feedback. It is important to note the guest's poor review is a reflection of their unhappiness due to the fact they were asked to leave due to excessive partying, loud music, over-occupancy, and fighting with the neighbors. Their actions and behavior required a police response. For any potential guest who will NOT require a police response during their stay we would love to see you at the beach.

Great spot for a beach getaway
The condo was nice enough, pool was a great bonus and the close proximity to the beach was nice too. Washer and dryer were tiny and we could not use them unfortunately. Perfect for a home base when you are spending lots of time on the beach and going out.
