Blue Star Villa is a two-story residence in Long Bay Hills, designed for groups seeking the privacy of a fully exclusive property without sacrificing access to the best of Turks and Caicos. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood every room with Caribbean light, and the upstairs suites open onto private balconies with sea views that set the tone for the entire stay.

Blue Star Villa sleeps up to 6 guests across three private en-suite bedrooms, each finished to hotel standards with rainfall showers, flat-screen TVs, and high-quality linens.

Guest Access:

Your group will have full, exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, and gated grounds for the duration of your stay. There are no shared spaces and no other guests — the property is entirely yours from the moment you arrive to the moment you check out. Entry is secured via a remote-controlled gate, and a staff member will greet you on arrival to walk you through the home and ensure you have everything you need.

Blue Star Villa sits in a quiet, residential area of Long Bay Hills with private security patrols at night. Long Bay Beach — known for its calm, shallow waters and open shoreline — is a 5-minute drive away, with three public access points. Award-winning Grace Bay Beach, consistently ranked among the best in the world, is just 10 minutes away, where you'll find a full range of restaurants, shops, and watersports operators.



Just 4 minutes from the villa, South Bank Resort offers beachfront and lagoon-side dining at Lua Restaurant, the Arc Restaurant and Bar, and a relaxed lagoon lounge open into the evening. For trusted local dining in the Grace Bay area, your host recommends Crackpot Kitchen, Coco Bistro, and Seven.

Getting Around:

Providenciales has no public transportation; custom island transportation can be arranged through us at an additional cost for groups with planned itineraries. Renting a car is also a great way to explore at your own pace, with free on-site private parking.



The villa is approximately 20 minutes from Providenciales International Airport, and complimentary airport pick-up is included for stays of 5 nights or more. For shorter stays, airport transfers are still available for an additional fee—please request at least 48 hours in advance.



Other Things to Note:

- This is a two-story property; stairs are required to access the upper-floor bedrooms.

- Starter essentials are provided on arrival — drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper — but are not replenished during the stay. Grocery delivery can be arranged on request.

- There are security cameras on the property strictly for guest safety; all cameras face outdoor areas only.

- Water supply in Turks and Caicos can be limited at times, which may affect water pressure.

- Pets are not permitted without prior approval; an additional fee applies.

- For some booking platforms, a $500 security deposit will be placed as a temporary hold on your card before arrival and automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected.



House Rules:

- Main guest must be at least 21 years old to book.

- You might be required to present an ID at the time of check-in or when making your reservation.

- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests listed in the reservation.

- No smoking of any kind — tobacco or cannabis — is permitted inside the villa.

- No parties or events of any kind are permitted. Music must be kept at a low volume at all times and must not be audible outside the property.

- Guests are asked to take out the rubbish at checkout. Failure to do so will incur a $50 charge.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required during or after their stay.

- Electricity is included up to $45 per day. The meter will be read before departure, and any excess consumption will be charged to the guest.



Please note: This neighborhood operates under HOA regulations restricting excessive noise. Any neighbor complaint relating to loud music, parties, or disturbances may result in a $500 disturbance fine charged to the guest responsible for the reservation. Repeated violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. A breach of any house rule incurs a penalty fee of $500.
