The Space:
This elegant new villa near Long Bay Beach is perfect for a fun family or friends getaway. Characterized by bright, airy spaces and lots of large windows, you’ll feel surrounded by Caribbean luxury from the moment you walk in!

The FIRST FLOOR of the villa features:

- Large open, fully-equipped KITCHEN with high-end large and small appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. to prepare meals at home
- DINING table for 8 overlooking the pool for relaxing sit-down meals at home
- LIVING ROOM with a comfortable L-shaped sectional sofa & HDTV for downtime moments
- BEDROOM 1 with a queen bed & full en-suite bathroom
- Access to the stunning PRIVATE POOL and lounge area

Your whole group will love spending time at the pool, which features a built-in shallow area for the kids to play. Outdoor lounge furniture, sun beds, and a grill complete the space.

Getting Around:
The villa is about 20 minutes from Providenciales International Airport.

Just a 4-minute drive from the property, South Bank Resort offers diverse dining experiences. At the Clubhouse, Lua Restaurant serves exceptional Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a picturesque beachfront setting.
For a more relaxed atmosphere, the lagoon-side lounging island provides refreshing signature drinks and snacks into the evening. Additionally, the Arc Restaurant and Bar offers all-day dining with a refined Japanese design, capturing vast ocean views.

If you’d like to explore the gorgeous island of Providenciales, we recommend that you rent a car for your stay, as there is no public transport. Parking is available on-site.

The islands of the Turks and Caicos present you with plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure, like:

- Kayaking, canoeing, kiteboarding, sailing
- Scuba diving near the islands’ beautiful coral reefs

The popular Grace Bay area is about 10 minutes away by car, and you’ll find plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is a 2-story property, so you’ll need to climb the stairs.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. These, however, are not replenished during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.


There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be erected.
- At check-out, you will be asked to take out the trash. Failing to do so will incur in a $50 charge.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charge if needed after their stay.
- Please note that electricity consumption is included up to $45/day. Before departure, the meter will be read and any additional consumption will be charged to the guests.
- You might be required to provide a government ID the day you will be checking in.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given and an extra fee will apply.
- If you reserve through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a security deposit of $500 USD will be charged before your arrival and refunded after your check out and once the property has been inspected for any damage. (service fees may apply).

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- No loud music is allowed after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
