There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa II & III which you can also rent together with Villa I at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.

If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days.
