Take a short walk to the renowned Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar and Grill, award winning Gwylo restaurant, and Mollymook shopping village (supermarket, deli, bakery, liquor store, takeaway, newsagent, pharmacy). Just down around the corner and a short walk is the Mollymook Bowling Club providing full bar facilities and meals.
Take a relaxing walk on the coastal pathway to South Mollymook and all it has to offer, including the famous Mollymook Golf Club overlooking the beach. Just a short 5 minute drive takes you to Narrawallee Beach and inlet where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding, or to the village of Milton where you will find boutique shops, antiques and variety of restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

Comfortable and relaxing
Avenue 36 is set in a beautifully quiet street and just a short walk to the beach. Everything that you could want is on hand. I would certainly book there again!
