Just a short 5 minute drive takes you to Narrawallee Beach and inlet where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding, or to the village of Milton where you will find boutique shops, antiques and variety of restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

We were away for the Australian IRB Championships as a team the house was large enough for the team, & it’s location was perfect the house was well stocked to make it feel like home highly recommendable would stay there again

Avenue 36 is set in a beautifully quiet street and just a short walk to the beach. Everything that you could want is on hand. I would certainly book there again!
The house was beautifully decorated inside and out , fully equipped with quality kitchen appliances, crockery and utensils to accommodate the 7 of us . Had a lovely feel to the house , pot belly log fire added a nice touch during the winter escape . Plenty of room to house a large family with the media room an added bonus with Netflix and WIFI . Great location , easy walk to be beach and shops . Friendly neighbors made are stay completely enjoyable . Would definitely recommend this property .
A great property for our family holiday - had everything we needed and the place had a wonderfully relaxed vibe. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and lovely furnishings and the property management was outstanding.
