This newly renovated 4 bed 2 bath single family home with a pool, putting green, private backyard and updated furniture and bedding is your home away from home. Filled with tons of amenities. Primary ensuite offers a walk in shower, walk in closet and direct back yard access for late night swimming. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space and games. Smart TVs in every bedroom. Full bathtub in main bath. Come for a few days or stay for a month. The back yard patio oasis offers added outdoor living/dining space. Plus an exterior Smart TV for streaming/casting your favorite sporting event or children's show while you enjoy the pool. Propane BBQ. Sunset views over the mountains. Close to everything. 21 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport, 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 10-12 minutes to Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge Mall, 24 mins to Scottsdale Fashion Square, 25 mins to the Cubs Sloan Park training center, 25 mins to Westgate Entertainment District, 2 casinos within 25 minutes, less than 2 hours to Sedona, 4 hours to The Grand Canyon, and 4 hours to beautiful Mexico beaches. 4 night minimum required during peak season but may consider less based on each situation. Gorgeous Home

Our stay here could not have been more perfect. Dianne was wonderful to deal with, very responsive and helpful. The home itself is Beautiful! The outdoor pool and patio was a real treat. We will definitely return to this same home on our next trip to Phoenix!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and would highly recommend it for groups. It is in a great location at the base of Shadow mountain in a beautiful community. The house had lots of extras like pool toys and basic spices and was stocked with plenty of paper supplies for guests. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great which is a necessity in Phoenix even in April. We would definately stay here again if we every make another trip to phoenix.

Excellent all around!

This was our first Vbro experience and it went so seamless! A few questions came up prior to arrival and while there and Diane was very quick to respond! The house was beautiful, the kids swam everyday, even went on a walk and found a hiking trail behind the house and hiked up the mountain. Nice/friendly neighborhood. It was a great family vacation!

Winter Swim

The house suited 4 adults and 2 children. Well equipped. Our pool at home had ice! Heated pool and solar cover allowed us to swim every day. Weather perfect! Sunny for 19 out of 21 days! Would return for another stay if back in Phoenix .

Resort like Home!

Our stay in this exceptionally clean home was amazing! Our family really enjoyed the resort like backyard. A gorgeous pool, putting green, a bags game, bbq and outdoor dining and sitting area kept us all busy and entertained. We enjoyed eating our meals outside, so the fun never had to stop! The interior of the home is so fresh, clean and comfortable! Our kids loved the TV’s in every bedroom for winding down before bed. We did have to contact the owner with a question, before our arrival and Dianne was very kind and so accommodating! We are already planning to come back for a longer stay, so we can enjoy this welcoming and well appointed home, again! 5/5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give 10 stars I would

Wow I cannot say enough about this property and our experience. I hardly want to say how great it is as I won’t ever be able to get in again. That said my husband and myself stayed at Dianne’s home for a little over a month. From pre check in to check in to post and throughout our stay if i had questions, Diane who was the owner was so easy to reach and quick to respond. I use vrbo and private rentals quite a bit and I can honestly say this was a terrific 10 stars trip. I have never been to a place this clean and well stocked. Thank you for absolutely everything. Such a safe neighborhood with great mountain trails out your back door and so convenient to the airport. Great location for getting where we needed to go. If you have any questions or concerns, I would be happy to answer them. Thank you Dianne for absolutely everything.

Excellent location and the highest level of cleanliness and comfort!

Our family truly enjoyed this property! Everything we needed was there for us. We loved the beds and the comfortable bedding and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was quiet and the location worked perfectly for our family. We were a couple of blocks from the Shadow Mountain trailhead as well as within 20 minutes of Camelbck Mountain.

Perfect stay in a perfect house

Very impressed with the house. It was in excellent condition and very clean. They provided everything that you could possibly need. Lots of pool inflatables, games, paper products, kitchen condiments, ziplock bags, pool towels, pillows in every firmness, plenty of hangars in the closets. It was very well stocked. Kids loved the pool and relaxing on the lounge chairs. Nice outdoor table for evening meals. House was in a nice neighborhood, five minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this house for families and would stay here again.

Awesome house and great backyard/pool

My wife and I stayed here with our almost 6 year old and 2.5 year old. The kids loved the pool and were in there everyday. The putting green and tv in the backyard were also a bonus. The house was very clean and the kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The owner communicated very well with us. Definitely as advertised and would stay here again!

What makes this property unique

The neighbor is friendly and quiet but a short drive to just about anything. There are museums, restaurants, shopping, climbing/hiking- you name it. Our home is protected by multiple security cameras on the exterior but system will be turned off upon your arrival for your privacy.
