Welcome to our spacious haven in Warradale, where the open plan living area invites you to unwind on plush couches in front of a massive flat-screen smart TV. Revel in shared meals at the expansive dining table adjacent to the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, featuring top-notch appliances like a gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine.

The master bedroom indulges with a king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and a large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a built-in robe, while the third bedroom features two singles and another built-in robe. Fresh linen and towels enhance your comfort. The property has also a cot.

Step into the rear entertaining area, complete with an undercover space, a large outdoor table and chairs, a family-sized Weber, a lawn area, and a clothesline. Wonderful house close to the Brighton and Glenelg beaches. Clean, spacious and quiet, it had everything we needed for our family stay. Janet was really helpful and quick to get back to us. Would definitely stay again! :)

Awesome place

As soon as you walk in you experience a homely feel. It was very clean and tidy and has everything you need for your stay. It is close to shopping centres and a quick drive to the beach. If you get a chance, stay here as you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Hidden Gem at Eton

We had a fantastic stay at Eton House! The location is perfect, just a short drive to Brighton Beach, making it convenient for family outings. The house itself is spacious, beautifully modern, and set in a quiet, cozy neighborhood—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The host was excellent, always responsive and helpful with our communications, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a great place for families, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to returning in the future! 🌟

Great Adelaide Stay for our Family

This is a very well presented 3 bed home in the quiet suburbs of Adelaide, conveniently located in the middle between beaches and the city. We found it offered good value for our family of 4 - bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and the kitchen/living/dining is open planned, light and well appointed, just how we like it. The only slight negative was the garage was a bit tight, so we didn't park the car in there, the driveway was fine. We would difintiely go back there if we visited again. Thanks Eton House!

Home away from home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eton House near Brighton Beach, and I must say, I was completely taken aback by the previous one star rating. That person must have been dropped on their head because our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and welcoming, a true home away from home. The cleanliness of the entire place was commendable, and the beautiful artwork and furnishings got me inspired to update my home! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linen was of top notch quality. There were plenty of TVs scattered throughout, making it easy to satisfy everyone. And with WiGi and Netflix access, we were able to enjoy our favorite shows. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably, and having access to a washer and dryer was a tremendous convenience as we tried to pack lightly with our family of 5. What we really valued was that it also looked exactly like the pictures. There were no surprises or disappointments in that regard, which is a rarity these days.

Perfection!

Eton house is perfection. From the moment you enter through the front door, the interior decor and floor plan is modern, stylish, spacious and relaxing. The floor plan caters to the front of the house being mainly for children with the back centred around entertaining. The north facing courtyard captures the sun perfectly. Loved walking on the warm tiles adjacent to this space. Loads of ceiling to floor windows ensure plenty of natural light. The high ceilings provide a sense of luxury and space with the interior design also contributing to this feeling. Simply superb! Centrally located, all amenities are from a 2-3 minute drive away. Having Wifi, Netflix and a coffee machine made our stay feel like we’re in a home away from home. Extremely highly recommended.

Amazing stay and a stunning house

The house is absolutely beautiful and Janet is a super host. The house was very clean and the amenities are top class. The neighborhood is quite and yet close to Marion mall.
