569 George Bass Drive is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. Once you enter this home go upstairs and look out the windows and all your troubles will wash away. Maula Bay is perfect for a relaxing family beach holiday. this family home is located opposite the Malua Bay surf lifesaving club. The whole family can enjoy the wrap around balcony and the beautiful views of the ocean. This property is located just off George Bass Drive. The patrolled beach is located straight across the road.The house is lovely, upstairs with open planned kitchen, dining and living room, very comfortable cosy lounge, and a TV for entertainment. It's just a short walk to the safe, lifeguard operated beach (in Summer). Great surf, so don't forget the boogie board. Easy access to relaxing cliff walks and a fun park for the children a five minute walk to the newsagent and local IGA.

Layout: The home has stairs which bring you upstairs to the entrance. This house is a two-story home, upstairs you have the master bedroom and main bathroom/ laundry, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining. A beautiful large paved area out the back is an ideal spot for a family BBQ. The kitchen has everything you need, with dishwasher, and microwave. Downstairs you have two bedrooms, and a powder room. There is a recently completed bedroom with ensuite added to the house. Enter via the outside. It has a queen bed. Please Note This IS THE Garage ON THE Floorplan.

Bedrooms: Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillowcases, doonas, doona covers, blankets and bath towels. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

Bathrooms/Laundry: The main bathroom located upstairs has a toilet and shower and laundry which is equipped with a washing machine/dryer all in one, for your use. The extra bedroom has its own ensuite.

Outside: There is a large paved area with access from upstairs. Suitable for the family BBQ or dining. Side access to the well maintain backyard. Easy walk to the shops nearby with an IGA and local shops. Driveway parking is available and a small parking bay directly in front of the home that will also suit those with a small boat.

Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property. Wifi provided.

Amazing experience!

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay, had everything we needed and was just the perfect space. The location of the house was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing balcony and view of the ocean, which we spent all our time on the balcony. Loved this house and our time there!

Great property for groups, overlooking the beach.

Great house across from the beach and 5min walk to IGA. Big deck with outdoor furniture and bbq, great for groups. Only negative was the limited towels - no hand towels and only one tea towel. Also no dish washing tablets but liquid dish soap was provided.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and exactly what we expected after the images we saw on the website.However we were very disappointed with the unhygienic state the house was in. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Specifically, the bedroom with the bunk beds could not be used as it had a mouldy smell, the mattresses were in a disgusting state with yellow stains causing the linen to also smell.In general the bottom bedrooms and the toilet had a mouldy smell that a person with allergies could not sleep there.As for the kitchen, it was in the same bad condition with the drawers, cupboards and dishwasher having stains & dirt. The views were great however the windows were so dirty you could hardly see anything. The property’s location was perfect and in different circumstances we would go there again, as the property’s manager was professional and easy to communicate.

Perfect home for a big family

The house is conveniently located across from the beach, close to IGA, and Club around the corner if you so desire. The house is perfect for a big family of 10, everything was provided that you needed. Beds are so comfortable even the bunks!! Highly recommend this place.

Long weekend stay

We had a nice time at this property. It is in a great location and is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped (although without wifi). However, we were disappointed that the level of cleanliness in the kitchen was rather poor (oven, glassware, pots/pans), and some of the bed linen had marks/stains. Very easy check in / check out process.

Perfect location.

Great house for our 2 family get away. If it was t a rainy weekend we would have used the front balcony to enjoy the morning and afternoons in the sun. Malua and surrounding areas were fabulous.
