Part of this accommodation package includes a personal MEET AND GREET Service. Our local agent will check you into the apartment when you arrive at the resort, and is available to assist you for the duration of your stay should any problems arise. Onsite management do not manage this apartment so our local representative will be your first point of contact should any problems arise.
If travelling with children they should be supervised by an adult at all times, special care should be taken on the balcony and around the pool areas.
Children 2 years and under are free of charge on existing bedding.

You must notify us of any changes in guest numbers and approval must be given for additional guest requests. In case of an emergency it is VITAL for us to know how many people are staying at the premises.
The premises are to be vacated by 10am on the agreed day of departure. Arrangements for a later departure time must be made PRIOR to departure date.
Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported and paid for immediately.
Please report any maintenance issues and we will deal with the issue promptly. No responsibility will be accepted by us for the unavailability of trades people or the failure of appliances on the premises. A suitable replacement item will be sourced and replaced as soon as possible.
No pets allowed.
For security purposes ALWAYS lock the apartment when leaving. The owners take no responsibly for the theft or loss of personal property left on the premises.
Please do not take any glass items to the resort swimming pool area.
This apartment and the resort have a NO SMOKING policy.
Do not leave any items on the cooker unsupervised. There is a call out fee for the Queensland Fire Brigade if the smoke detectors go off due to negligence. You will be responsible for this fee.
Free WIFI is available. No responsibility will be taken by the owner for drop outs caused by Telstra.
All rubbish should be removed from the apartment on departure. Do not leave any food items out during your stay as it will attract ants.
Check out time is 10am. On departure please switch off all Air Conditioning/lights, close all doors including balcony and empty rubbish bins into the resort bins.
For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
