Holiday house for 7 people on the thatched beach. Exceptional view of the sea.
3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 large bed with sea view, 1 bedroom with 1 large bed and shower room and 1 bedroom with a large bed on the course and 1 single bed on the course; dressing room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, fitted kitchen, barbecue, 2 private parking spaces, a large sea terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, direct access to the beach via the large terrace of over 50m2.
Equipment for the little ones: baby bath, high chair, travel cot.
The house is located about 1 km from the shops. (swimmer 2 steps away!) The port of La chaume is a quiet and lively little port: restaurants, markets and shops ... a boat shuttle takes you across the channel to directly reach the old port of Sables and the large beach (exit parking constraints!) entertainment every evening on the embankment, bars, restaurants and crowds guaranteed!
Quiet beach in front of the house: shore fishing and swimming. Perfect for families with children. You can watch your children from the terrace! ...

Beautiful home, gorgeous location!

Wow, what a wonderful holiday home directly on the beach. Amazing location, short walk to La Chaume where you can jump onto the water bus over to Les Sables. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely and clean. We had a wonderful family holiday, thank you!

La maison est en elle-même parfaite : très bien agencée, fonctionnelle et pensée avec beaucoup de soin. Le véritable coup de cœur reste bien sûr la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, dont on ne se lasse pas. Les propriétaires sont par ailleurs adorables et très réactifs à chaque message.La maison est située sur la côte sauvage, à moins d'une vingtaine de minutes à pieds du port de La Chaume, ce qui permet de profiter à la fois du calme et de la proximité des Sables-d'Olonne.Le seul bémol concerne la conciergerie. L'accueil a été assez approximatif et le ménage mériterait d'être davantage soigné (et je reste sobre). À notre arrivée, seuls deux lits sur trois étaient faits, et nous avons dû attendre plusieurs heures avant de recevoir les draps manquants ainsi que l'ensemble des serviettes de toilette, ce qui est agaçant après un long trajet.Heureusement, ce léger désagrément n'a en rien gâché notre séjour. La qualité de la maison, son emplacement exceptionnel et la gentillesse des propriétaires l'emportent largement. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir, en espérant simplement que la prestation de conciergerie soit à la hauteur de cette magnifique maison.

Wir haben dieses traumhaft gelegene Haus schon einmal 2019 gebucht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir damals schon beschlossen hatten, wieder zu kommen. Auch dieses Mal ist der direkte Blick auf das Meer atemberaubend. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und hat eine neue Küche mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten einbauen lassen. Insgesamt ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Das Haus ist familienfreundlich gestaltet. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft und bietet die Möglichkeit, ein Dinner bei Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Grosshandel für Austern und andere Krustentiere. Im Hinterhof (ebenfalls mit einer Sitzecke versehen), befindet sich ein Grill. Insgesamt eine gepflegte Unterkunft, die ich sehr empfehle. Die Abwicklung bei der Ankunft und bei der Abfahrt erfolgt über einen Consierge.

La maison a tout pour elle, elle est sur l’eau , une vue extraordinaire sur une très grande terrasse, dont on profite toute la journée jusqu’au coucher de soleil en VIP tous les soirs !! La maison est très fonctionnelle, tout est prévu pour qu’on s’y sente bien, pas de bruit de voiture juste la mer, accès privé petite plage de galets. La propriétaire Stéphanie , et Vanessa de la conciergerie sont très réactives et disponibles . Un grand we fabuleux , pour nous 4 , je garde l’adresse précieusement et je recommande à 100%!

On n’a plus envie de quitter les lieux

Nous connaissons et aimons Les Sables et la Chaume depuis toujours, mais séjourner dans cette magnifique maison rend le séjour encore plus exceptionnel. La maison est vraiment au bord de l’océan, sans aucun vis à vis. Seul le phare des Barges au loin et les rochers qui jouent à cache a cache au rythme des marées. La prochaine fois ce n’est pas une mais deux semaines que nous louerons. L’accueil de Valérie et les échanges avec Stéphanie ont été très sympathiques. Merci

Gîte très bien équipé, emplacement magique. La conciergerie qui gère le site est très agréable et très réactive . Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour et nous avons apprécié de vivre notre première tempête. Nous n’y étions pas allé pour bronzer…

Lovely House

We stayed for 2 weeks and we found the house to be exactly as described. The outside decking offered great views of the ocean and was right on the seafront. All aspects of the house were lovely and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Traumhafter Blick

Wir alle waren absolut begeistert - die große Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe, Esstisch, Liegestühlen, Grill und direktem Strandzugang bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang, der jeden Tag und zu jeder Tageszeit etwas anders aussieht und einen alles vergessen lässt - perfekt um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Der Empfang war herzlich und gut organisiert und Armelle - die gute Seele des Hauses - stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Natürlich gibt es wie überall immer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (u. a. auch mangelnde Belüftung in den Badezimmern). Dabei darf man aber einfach auch nicht vergessen, dass das Haus direkt am Strand und somit stetig Meer- und Windeinflüssen ausgesetzt ist. Man merkt jedoch, dass z. B. Bad und Küche erst vor kurzem renoviert wurden. Also ein "empfehlenswert" von unserer Seite. Wir kommen wieder!
