This lovely one-bedroom one-bathroom unit is located in the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street, a few steps from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the first floor with a cozy living room area with a big-screen TV, private WiFi and a sofa sleeper, a very nice pool and ocean view from the private yard, easy walk to the communal areas of the resort such as the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Nice bedroom with queen-size bed and T.V. set with direct access to the bathroom.
At Marina Pinacate Condos, you can enjoy one large communal pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a children's pool, gym, volleyball net, grills, palapas, 24 hours security, and one free parking space.
