Casa Amarilla is a 3rd Row with easy beach access and has amazing ocean views from both upstairs master suites. One suite has a spacious queen bed, the other 2 bedrooms a comfy queen.

The heart of the home is the kitchen tiled complete with all amenities, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a rustic wooden table that seats 8, and a comfortable seating/relaxing area with cable TV. Incredible ocean and sealife views await from every upstairs window.

Upstairs and downstairs exterior patios invite soaking up sunshine and sea air. Located at the quiet end of Las Conchas with wide sandy beaches and close to the estuary opening, there's plenty of parking for friends and families to enjoy this lovely affordable home.

Casa Amarillo was a perfect location for our family and pet. Easy to get to the beach and very clean. The communication with FMI could not have been any better! They were very responsive and accommodating when we requested to extend our stay. Highly recommended and we will use their services again.

this rental was for the upper floor only. unit was very clean and plenty of space with three bedrooms. five minute walk to beach. easy check in/check out. the upper observation deck was nice to go up on and see the ocean from.

This was our first time staying in Las Conchas and we loved this property. It was very clean inside and the walk to the beach was nice and short. We loved that it had central A/C considering how warm and muggy it was. Definitely would stay again.

Cool spot near the inlet to the estuary

Was clean and near a sandy and relatively private beach. Only complaints was the absence of a broom for sand and the water heater went out after a windy day. Overall was a nice trip and was comfortable
