Stylish Bayside Retreat-Kohi (5min drive to Beach)
We are heading away all of January so our newly renovated home will be available over this time.
Located in the suburban streets of Kohimarama it is only four-minute drive away from Kohi beach or a 15 minute walk. Easy access to public transport. Spa, sunny deck, brand new EVERYTHING. Luxurious master suite, two gorgeous bathrooms one with large stone bath. Barbecue alfresco, chefs designer kitchen.
Use of car negotiable.

• Minimum stay of 14 nights
• Returnable bond of $1000 to cover any damage
• Linen provided
• Cleaning fee of $120
