This second floor walk up apartment is in the back of a beautiful Victorian home located in the center of town. The location is a half block from Third street downtown area with shops and restaurants. This apartment comes with access to a shared fitness room and sauna area. You are 4 blocks from the sandy Lake Superior beach as well a 2-3 miles from trails, ski hill, NMU, hospital and 2 blocks from Blackrocks brewery tasting pub. The Apartment is a studio with mini kitchen with cooktop, microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, and Cable TV. There is a small TV room with a futon off of the bathroom.

We enjoy using our local trail network for running and biking. Lake Superior in the summer is our paradise with boating, paddle boarding and swimming in our crystal clear cold lake! This cozy apartment is in the back of a beautiful Victorian home we live next door to. We enjoy hosting on VRBO and hope this space is a great spot to enjoy Marquettte from. Since we are right next door we can be sure the guests are having the best experience.
