Lovely Respite

Great beachfront rental!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head! The condo was newly renovated and clean. It was extremely convenient to both the beach and the pool. Karen was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a beachfront property.

Perfect little getaway

This property is lovely. Incredibly clean and very updated. The online pictures do not do it justice and oh so close to the beach. This place is perfect!

Beach vacation

Such a nice place. Great location and overall nice experience. Could of used more wash cloths and there were no beach towels as seen in the pictures. Hostess was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay again.

What a gem!!

This place was absolutely lovely with anything you need available to you! The most impressive part, though, was the owner! Karen was so incredibly communicative and kind and went out of her way to make sure that everything we could need to know or use was readily accessible, which enabled us to have a really wonderful family beach vacation! We were so impressed and sure hope to return!

Quaint, Quiet, and Cozy!

What a delightful time we had at Karen's one-bedroom condo! The layout is great; the amenities exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed using the bikes, relaxing at the nearby beach, and just soaking up the peace and comfort! Highly recommended!

Relaxing quiet Stay

Quiet condo! Short walk to pool and beach! No hot pavement to get there. Walk behind building C on the grass and you are at the pool and the beach! I would highly recommend this condo to couples who want a peaceful and relaxing stay at the beach.

Wonderful - beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful - very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location and very quiet. Coffee on the deck every morning was great. We had a wonderful time and hope to get back again. The owner was wonderful to work with. She promptly answered any questions we had.

Great location, comfortable, and clean!

We were able to book and stay all in the same day! Karen was very quick to answer our request for a last minute, overnight stay in her condo. We were very pleased to find a well decorated, updated, clean, and comfortable place that was super close to the beach and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Karen was super easy to work with and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Awesome!

The villa was very clean & well furnished. It is close to the beach but on a nice quiet end of the resort. The extras (beach chairs, wagon...) made it very easy to enjoy our time on the beach. Karen made our week stay very enjoyable & hassle free. We are already trying to find open time at the villa for a return trip in July.

Wonderful beach getaway.

This property was perfect for our trip. Great location right on the oceanfront. Unit was well equipped and very comfortable. This was hands down the cleanest property we have visited to date. Property manager was very helpful, informative and quick to respond to all of our questions from the very beginning throughout our stay. We will not hesitate to stay again or to refer to anyone who is looking. We really could not say enough how much we enjoyed this property.

Place was better than advertised. Property 913986, with Karen.manager. Karen went above and beyond what we expected. Little issue with TV and it was taken care of immediately. We have already booked for next year !! We are at a loss for words as to how we were treated and enjoyed every second of our stay.

A wonderful getaway in a well-appointed Hilton Head Condo

We spent 4 days in this beautiful Hilton Head condo and hope to return some day. Karen was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process, providing lots of information about the area. Check in was simple, and the home was very well appointed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and high quality sheets and towels made for a cozy vacation. The condo is in a very convenient location, with easy access to all of Hilton Head and neaby Bluffton. The new beach bikes are also very comfortable and make accessing the island on two wheels a real joy. You won't go wrong staying here!

Perfect Place to Relax

This condo is wonderful - the pictures really do show exactly what it looks like. The corner unit is quiet, and beautifully appointed. The linens are plentiful, and of high quality, and the furniture is very comfortable. We prefer to cook meals when we travel, and were delighted that the kitchen is fully equipped, and that grocery stores are nearby. This is a good location for day trips to Savannah and Charleston. The beach is just steps away, and is spectacular - we even saw dolphins close to shore!

The villa was beautiful...clean ...wonderful stay!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 30 year anniversary in this beautiful condo. The condo was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We drank our coffee on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean breezes. The décor was tasteful and the furniture comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed to enjoy our time away. It was only a short walk to the beach and the entire area was pleasant....felt safe and family oriented. We are thankful for our experience at the Villa and would recommend this to anyone...especially great for a couples getaway but a small family would love it too!!

Wonderful apartment with wonderful owner

We felt very much at home in this super comfortable, beautifully designed apartment. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen, sleeping in the very comfortable bed with crisp linens, showering after the beach in the luxurious shower, watching TV in the comfy living space. I felt immersed in a space created by a tasteful, thoughtful person, who seems to take pleasure in putting together a beautiful environment for others to enjoy. Best place on this resort

We’ve been coming to the tennis club resort every summer for years now and this rental was by far the best one yet for many reasons: Location-Being on the end and on the first floor is convenient and quiet. Updates everywhere-from having a full size fridge with a built in ice maker to an beautifully tiled walk-in shower with good water flow and temperature, are examples of the care for every detail. We had no problems whatsoever. Communication was quick and questions answered promptly. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The bed and couch are comfortable. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great location

I really thought this place was even better in person. The perfect beach condo stay especially for a couple and maybe even a family of 4 with 2 little ones that can sleep on a pullout bed. Everything was nice. I enjoyed how close to the beach this place was. The pool and restaurant area were great as well. Easy to stay put in the resort without having to leave. Karen was very responsive and open about when checkin was and how early checkin was a possibility IF the cleaners were early. I appreciated how simple checkout was as well. Many places will have a huge list. Karen had a simple 3 step process. This was a great stay and I would highly recommend this for your future Hilton Head stay.

Nice Condo, but smaller than expected.

My daughter and I enjoyed our first visit to HHI. The condo was nice, but not as large as we expected it to be. We were a little surprised that the bedroom is the first roomy is enter when you walk into the unit. We were also expecting the unit to have its own washer/dryer and did not realize we would have to use a coin laundry in the property. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit.

Perfect place for our first vacation with our toddler

We had a wonderful stay at this little villa, and Karen is amazing to work with, immediately answering emails and texts each time we reached out. The villa came equipped with everything we needed for our family to enjoy the beach, given that we flew into town without much luggage. On the balcony, there were buckets, shovels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon, all of which we used every day! The villa also had a pack n play for our little guy. We spent time each day at the pool and the beach, both of which are easily accessible from the villa. The pool area even had a kiddy pool, which our 2-year old loved. We came home for lunch and enjoyed playing with the Uno and Skipbo games provided in the LR while our son napped each afternoon. We can't wait to return next summer!!

Peaceful, quiet place for a short winter break

Lovely and comfortable first floor end unit condo with a peaceful view of the marsh from the balcony. The condo is exactly as pictured - very clean and modern and attractively decorated. Everything was provided for our stay including K-cups for the Keurig for morning coffee which we enjoyed on the balcony. The weather was cool but sunny so we walked every day on the beach and even used the two bikes provided. We ventured out to a few of the local restaurants which are all nearby. This was the perfect place to escape some of the northern winter storms for a few days. Karen, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had by getting back to us within a few minutes! We could tell that she definitely cared about her guests.and would highly recommend renting this unit any time of the year.
