Beautiful two story 2,300 square foot vacation home with mountain views and cathedral ceilings. Hale Luana (house of relaxation) is a very comfortable and relaxing home located in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. (Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests and that factors in 2 of the guests sleeping in Bunk beds)
- Master bedroom with King size bed and master bath
- Bedroom with queen bed
- Bunk-bed room with single on top and double on bottom
- Upstairs bedroom with queen bed and cathedral ceilings
- His and Her's walk in shower with body spray.
- Five minute drive to hanalei beaches
- Large two car garage with opener (space for only one car in garage but plenty of driveway space
- Wireless high speed internet
- Computer, printer
- Two TVs and DVDs
- Good collection of movies

**QUIET TIME IN PRINCEVILLE STARTS AT 9 PM. (Fines start at $200).
After your relaxing day at the beach just pull your car in the garage and enjoy dinner and the sunset from the lanai. You will find our home to be very comfortable and relaxing.
PLEASE NOTE. The north shore beaches of Kauai may experience north swells between the months of October and April with the likelihood of the larger swells happening December through February. During these months there may be periods in which ocean activities will be limited due to ocean conditions.

We purchased our place on the North Shore of Kauai with our friends Colin & Kerry Smith. Not much to say except if you want a peaceful relaxing place to spend time with your family this is it.

What makes this property unique
Our property is located in a very quiet area of Princeville yet is a short walk to the shopping center when you need groceries. Really like the great room where everyone comes together. It is upstairs and has a great mountain view to enjoy while relaxing.
