This spacious Two Bedroom Two Queen unit offers comfortable accommodations for up to four guests, making it the perfect retreat for traveling families and small groups. Our two bedroom suites in Cocoa Beach, Florida promise comfort, quality, and serenity.

With in-room comforts like cable television, free Wi-Fi, privately-controlled air conditioning, and a fully-equipped kitchen, you are sure to find everything you need with ease. This expansive suite is equipped with two separate bedrooms, each with a plush queen-sized bed. Enjoy privacy while sharing the experience with loved ones or travel companions.

All of our guesthouses have spacious common areas for entertaining in the evenings, gathering for family dinners, or laying low for movie nights. Relaxing Stay

My family of 4 stayed here, and we had such a wonderfully relaxing time. The grounds are beautiful and eclectic, and our room was comfortable and clean. The beach is fantastic. We enjoyed the pergola and had snacks and watched the Gators, and we slept well. We will return!

AMAZING PLACE!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Beautiful, cozy place, great location, beachfront, great hangout areas, charcoal grills, they even provided charcoal and lighter fluid. And they have an office parrot that you can hear chattering during the day. I would 100% stay here again.

Very clean rooms

The location on the beach was perfect. The rooms are dated and a little dark but very clean and accommodating. . The outside walkways where dirty as was the building.

Perfect trip

Mary Lynn was very sweet and absolutely helpful with everything the moment I got there till the end of my stay. Before I told her I was there for a proposal, she was attentive to everything I needed and wanted to make sure my stay would be up to par. She showed me around and recommended the best spots to propose. 11/10 experience and I would most definitely come back! Thank you soo much Mary Lynn I hope to see you again one day!

Lovely Space, Excellent On-Site Service

This was a neat property. It wasn’t the luxury that we are accustomed to, however, it did offer a beautiful ocean view and a large space to settle into. MaryLynn was an absolute angel and a pleasure to meet. She graciously showed us multiple spaces that we could upgrade to and provided concierge services on the local area that proved to be priceless. The interior and exterior of this property are in need of serious upgrades and that was the only downside here. Old furniture and building/decking/property in disrepair in many places. With new furniture and some specific repairs, this would be a five star space. Either way, we’d stay again. Thanks so much!!

One of a kind boutique bohemian beachfront hotel.

I can’t even begin to explain what an amazing property this is. The beachfront sitting areas are what makes this place. Eclectic design with a Mayan feel. Upon arriving the manager toured the property with us, and she was very polite. Made check-in and check-out very easy. After check-out they even let us keep our car there for the day while we played on the beach. We plan to make it an annual thing. Love love love.
