Perfect place for a perfect weekend!

This is such a wonderful perfectly equipped cottage. Everything was perfect and exactly as the description shows. The owner was easy to communicate with and even contacted me early the day we were to arrive letting me know the property was ready for us if we wanted to arrive early. We will definitely use this property again.

Fantastic owner, townhome and location!!

I would, and have, recommended Mary and her properties to any and all travel nurses coming to stay in Greenville!! My townhome is beautiful and has everything I need to make it feel like home. She has been super flexible with my crazy travel nursing schedule and really came through for me when I had to do a couple week extensions at the hospital. I've loved living here. It's a great location with really awesome next door neighbors, close to a lot and 10 min to Vidant. If I ever come back to Greenville Mary will be my first call. Thanks for everything!!!

This condo had everything we needed for our short stay in Greenville. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to everything! Would stay here again!

Very lovely place

The town house is very beautiful and spacious. The area is very nice and quiet. We loved staying here ave the owner was very nice until we had a very unexpected situation happen. We came out to visit my husbands family and had visitors from Charlotte come in that were going to stay with other relatives not us. Unfortunately two of the visitors got into any unexpected argument that got pretty loud and we worked as quickly as possible to get the situation under control and those visitors out the house and on there way back. The neighbors called the police from what the owner said but they never cane to our door and I never spoke to an officer. The owner visited the house as to be expected and I apologized profusely to the owner and the neighbor and explained that the situation happened unexpectedly and out of our control. This isn't something that we do or partake in my fault is very calm and this caught us by surprise as well. I promised and committed to the owner that no one else would be coming to visit the home for the rest of our stay she had my word. When trying to talk to the owner she kept telling me to lower my voice but I was speaking in my normal tone I wasn't upset or anything. When she left I thought we had hashed everything out until the next few days when my husband notices that the owner is parked outside the house across the lot watching us all day and then had the neighbors survalincing us as well. We couldn't walk out to the car without the neighbor coming outside and following us. It was horrible! If i had somewhere else to stay for the remainder of the trip i would've left. If i give you my word that no incident will happen again then you should take it. I kept my word and absolutely no one came by that house again. I did not appreciate feeling like a stalked prisoner while on vacation. Incidents happen and some without warning and out of our control but that is no justification to be treated like a criminal. I will never ever rent from this owner again. We left that house immaculate and nothing was touched or out of place. That's not how you treat people just because they had an unfortunate situation happen.

What a great location and an updated home. The host provided us with everything we needed and checked in with us via text several times during our stay to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything. We have already booked it for another stay.

A Great Find in Southeastern NC

This gem was such an unexpected find (but such a welcomed one) in Greenville, North Carolina. I have traveled in this area for quite some time, and I am always surprised when such a clean, lush place exists. The house is so comfortable, and the owner has spared no expense in making sure that every guest is greeted with comfort and cleanliness. The beds are so inviting; the lighting, the furniture and the colors all contribute to warmth, invitation and relaxation. You truly feel as though you have escaped to a different universe...especially given that the town is dominated by a university and student scene. I highly recommend that if you're considering a visit to Greenville, you look into staying at this plush, overly lavish and comfortable townhouse.

Treasure found in Greenville, NC

We were so pleasantly surprised to arrive at Mary's condo in Greenville. This is a hidden treasure in the middle of a busy town. Hands down, the most comfortable and cleanest place we have stayed while in Greenville. Everything was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, linens were soft, living area is cozy and the kitchen was luxe and well equipped with supreme coffee & teas. It is decorated beautifully - stay here, highly recommended!

Very nice townhouse. Well appointed and convenient.

My wife, two young boys, and I stayed over a weekend to visit family in the area. In the past we have stayed in local suite type hotels. After having issues like the smell of cigarette smoke and uncomfortable beds in hotels we opted to try VRBO since we have had great success with the service for vacations. We were very pleased and will stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and the townhome was in very good condition. Well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable, and homey.

Cofortable stay; gracious host!

This two story condo included what were essentially two master bedrooms; perfect for mother-in-law and us. The home was located near commercial areas so it was convenient to run to drug stores, gas, restaurants. A bit of traffic noise in the master with the king - not sure if everyone would notice. The best part of this location is how helpful the host was. We stayed during Thanksgiving and I needed to make a pie for our family dinner. The host ensured I had a hand mixer! She also helped with an issue I had using the home. Would stay again.
