It is 10 min. by car from Rivieira de Sao Lourenço, Bertioga Center and also from the beach.
Location is quiet and peaceful, I have janitorial which makes you more peaceful, you don't have to do anything.
Rest and relaxation is essential.
The house is complete with household items.
The pool is large 10x4
