This extremely popular Asian inspired Villa consists of one King sized loft bedroom, open plan bathroom and 12 jet spa bath. French doors lead to an upper private deck with stunning views, from Arthurs Seat to Cape Shanck, overlooking beautiful St Andrew's Beach golf course,
Downstairs features an open plan living area, including a fully self equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. More french doors open onto a large outdoor entertaining deck with views.
The property is a short stroll to magnificent St Andrew's Surf Beach, (favorite with local surfers) with it's rugged coast line.
Lie in bed and listen to the quiet roar of the ocean.
This villa offers serenity, tranquility, privacy and seclusion in a peaceful tree-top natural environment, you'll definitely leave refreshed........ we always do.

We loved this place, it's tucked away from the main busy spots of the peninsula so it's a great place to relax, but also easy to get around. It's close to the hot springs and Cape Schanck, and 30 mins from Fort Nepean and Red Hill, so it's also kind of in the middle! The view was stunning even on the cloudy day we had, we ended up having brekkie out there a couple days. Christine & Tom were very helpful, fast & friendly to deal with. I also highly recommend stargazing on the lower deck on a clear night - stunning. We would come here again for a chill out holiday and enjoy the spa bath and deck some more. Thanks!!

Brilliant property with a fantastic vibe! My wife and I stayed at this wonderful house just 3 weeks earlier and decided to re book and do it all over again three weeks later because it was simply that amazing. Wonderful host, incredible spa, brilliant views and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was a dream and it was even better the second time around!

Lovely couples staycation.

Cozy cottage perfect for a couples getaway, bed was comfortable, washing machine vibrated the house we thought we in counted an earthquake!! Great short stroll to the beach would be amazing during summer. Overall a lovely staycation thanks for having us.

Peace & Quiet so close to the beach

Really cool and relaxed beach stay at St Andrew’s. nice and quiet with two balconies. A nice short stroll to the back beach (with hardly anyone there - sunsets are a must). There is a cafe roughly 60 seconds by car or 8 minute walk away. The villa was super clean, a little rustic yet so relaxing overlooking Arthur’s Seat and golfers trying to ply their trade. Christine communicated everything and a really enjoyable stay.
