The way a real beach holiday should feel,
the Booth is a simple yet functional original 1960's Classic Beachcomber style home with 180° Ocean views from balcony.
Perfect for a couple or a small family up to 6 people.
The Booth, is situated only one street back from the protected South Narrawallee BEACH, on the HIGH side of a quiet street.
A short 100m stroll will have you on the sand or playing in the rock pools.
The Booth is set amongst a natural setting, local banksia and native trees with the balcony providing a perfect spot to get to know the local native birds including rosellas, lorikeets and king parrots that will come to visit.
It is a cosy two storey house with an east facing balcony, large grassed backyard and 2 undercover car spaces, although this space is better used for the table tennis table !
180° East facing Ocean views from the living room and balcony.
Comfortable living area including a 4/6 seat extendable dining table.
Functional kitchen with stools at the kitchen bench creating another eating area.
2 Bedrooms upstairs.
One with a Queen bed, and the other with two sets of single sized bunk beds.
A bathroom with separate toilet upstairs.
Separate toilet and bath/shower downstairs perfect for after the beach.
Internal Laundry Facilities downstairs
Your own Linen is required (no Sheets and Towels)
All beds have mattress protectors with Donnas and Pillows. One Queen Bed and 2 Single Bunk beds (4 Singles).

A SHORT 100m stroll will have you on the sand or playing in the rock pools at the south end of Narrawallee beach.
This beach is Surf Life Guard patrolled during summer, holiday periods it can be as flat as glass some days and also have great surf waves. A very protected part of the coast great for families.
A 15min stroll along the beach you will find the beautiful Narrawallee Inlet and reserve, perfect for all activities including boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling, SUP, surfing, bush walking, kids playground, BBQs and picnic tables.
Note, the tide changes every day at the inlet ranging from sandy islands at low tide to a full tide with great boat access.
A 4min drive to Mollymook cafe shops and only 6min drive to the Historic Milton, 10mins to the main hub of Ulludulla.
The Booth is set on a quiet street only 150 meters to Narrawallee Beach. This beautiful spot has lifeguards during peak Summer period, rock pools for the kids to explore and shady areas for your lunch on the beach. Only a 2 minute drive or a short walk along the beach is Narrawallee Inlet. Make sure you bring your snorkel gear, paddle boards and kayaks as the Inlet is the perfect spot for a Summer time swim and play for the family!
