The Garden House is a newly renovated 3 bedroom brick home with 2 toilets.The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second and third bedroom both have 2 king single beds. We provide premium quality beds for our guests to have a decent sleep and comfortable night/s.

The house has a FREE WiFi and Netflix/FOXTEL for you to enjoy watching your favourite shows.
We provide FREE coffee, sugar, tea and milk on arrival. All linens are provided for.

The Garden House is NOT A PET - FRIENDLY HOUSE.

Short drive to " The View Restaurant " at the Tamworth golf Course and Coles Supermarket or have a dinner at West League Club nearby.

The Garden House is superbly located near golf course, shopping centres, CBD and short drive to AELEC, Big Golden Guitar, sporting fields and the Tamworth Airport. This beautiful house is one of the best houses for short term rentals in Tamworth.

Nice but wouldn't stay again

Arriving at the property, everything was as the owners said it would be. When I entered the house, I was hit with a smell of old, stale cigarette smoke even though all the doors were open. Not as if someone had smoked in there recently but a smell that had soaked into the walls and carpets after years of smoking inside. I messaged the owners to tell them so, and asked if there was any air freshener in the house. About 20 minutes later, the owner, an older man, showed up at the property unannounced. He had air freshener in his hand but was not receptive to what I had to say and was quite argumentative. He told me that he and his wife had 6 properties around Tamworth and the only people that complained were 'b0ng heads'. He invited himself into the house and looked around whilst talking, then sat at the kitchen table. I felt uncomfortable being in the house by myself with the man and didn't like that he'd showed up without warning. I found this very unprofessional. He also said that he usually goes around at night to see if the renter's have showed up to the property. They came back while I was out to 'take the bins out'. The property was relatively clean but clear marks and scuffs on the walls and lots of dust on the skirting boards. The beds were comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom and warm shower. The property itself was comfortable, however, due to my experience I would not stay again.

Convenient but Bug Ridden

The property was in nice condition but on arrival we were greeted by ants all over the kitchen. A visit to the bathroom was highlighted by a monstrous cockroach dropping by on the wall. Day 2, upon getting back, his brother was sitting on the kitchen counter, obviously disappointed that we had nuked his sibling with the not supplied bug spray and was cranky to the point of a chase and kill mission. Okay, I get that it’s summer and bugs are prevalent, but these guys wouldn’t fit through a doggie door, definitely not under the entry door. They were big. There was no luxuries whatsoever, maybe we were spoiled by other stayz accommodation, but absolutely nothing. Our stay was complimented was thumping music from 2 doors down for the duration of our stay. Neighbors huh🙄. I would only recommend to my deaf brother that loves bugs.

Yes Krissey there has been a problem with small black ants around the kitchen window area, and the whole of the Tamworth area has been having a problem with cockroaches, we've taken pest control action over the last few months to eliminate the problem, maybe the above average rainfall could be the reason for the problem. We've just had that house updated, painted, new vertical blinds, new furniture and ducted airconditioning, I would have thought it would have been very homely, sorry for any small problems you had.
