Heart Of Farmville❤️

This home is in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Farmville. Perfect for visiting Hampden Sydney College 5.9 miles, Longwood University 1.6 miles, Town of Farmville 1.5 miles (Green Front Furniture), High-Bridge Trail 1.8 miles, Hospital 2.4 miles.
Master bedroom is spacious with a large master bath with tub and shower (tub jets are turned off). The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath which is accessible from each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. High chair in master bedroom closet.
Guests have access to entire house with exception of the basement. The main floor has 1776 sq .ft. Owners use finished basement when visiting family in the area when the property is NOT rented. This is a spacious home that welcomes you in and features cathedral ceilings, electric fireplace to curl up next to, and a deck off the kitchen.
Please...no parties or loud music as the home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Please contact owner if requesting last minute 1 night rentals.
Check in is 3:00 p.m.
Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all trash bags in the outdoor trashcan. Place all dirty towels in the bathtub. Leave out extra blankets used. Make sure all dishes have been washed and dishwasher has been started if needed.

If you open the window please lock it before leaving the house. Set the thermostat to 68 on auto heat. Please make sure the oven is turned off. (Someone left it on)

Send a text or respond through the booking site upon departure so I can let the cleaning people know the house is ready to be cleaned.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please leave house locked when vacant. Empty trash upon departure.

A family oasis

Beautiful home in Farmville

Came down for a weekend with the family for an ultramarathon. I've never been to such a well kept house that has such a feeling of openness with the high ceilings while also feeling so cozy. Would absolutely stay here if/when we come down again!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

We were amazed how beautiful and clean this home was! It is close to Main Street, however, you do have to drive. But you can be at Green Front within 5 minutes. This home is well laid out and furnished nicely. The host is amazing. She answered every question that I had. I would definitely stay again.

Graduation

It was so nice to have a home away from home to stay at for our daughter’s graduation! The home is immaculate and has everything you need and more. Of course, everyone loved the couch.
