Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn off heating and cooling

Remove security camera cover and place on kitchen bench

Tidy toys in playroom and cubby

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No one can attend the house beyond booked people without prior arrangement with the host. Security cameras will be checked for guests discrepancies.

Pets not accepted. Full loss of bond/$500 cost if pets attend.

Well presented spacious house with everything required to have a great stay with friends. The living areas were very good with lots of space to spread out. Perfect place to get away

This property ticks pretty much all the boxes. It is large, comfortable, very clean, quiet, has great facilities and is withing walking distance of just about everything of interest in Echuca. We had a wonderful extended weekend and will definitely return again.
