Sitting on a huge grassy block, this four bedroom, two bathroom house makes for the ideal getaway for singles, couples or a family.

A spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area is complemented by a second generously sized living room.

This light and bright house has four bedrooms- two queen rooms, the master with an en-suite bathroom . One room has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has one single bed and a single bunk. The bathroom has both a bath and separate shower, as well as separate toilet.

There is also a laundry with brand new washing machine and brand new dryer.

The well equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher and heaps of bench space for creating those relaxed holiday meals.

Linen and towels can be provided by arrangement.

Great accommodation in a great location

We loved our stay in this property, spacious light-filled living area with great heating and a coffee machine. Quiet location and only a short walk to the beach.

What a fabulous house

We stayed at Virginia’s house in Ventnor in January and loved it. There were nine of us including my elderly parents and kids. The two seperate living areas worked really well for our families. On arrival we were so impressed with how clean and perfectly presented the house was. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The large block meant there was plenty of room for our cars and Pop’s boat, as well as a good size secure back yard. Just a short walk to the beach was perfect for us. We will definitely return to this house in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay

Perfect for families.

Nice quiet location , short drive to all the major attractions and walking distance to the beach. Beautifully styled property and was perfect for two families. Virginia’s communication was excellent and she provided us with info about attractions and updates on fire activity in the area. Thanks again .
