This elevated three bedroom holiday home is situated close to the beautiful beaches in Ventnor which makes this home a convenient location for your next holiday.

This 3 bedroom property has a queen bed in the main bedroom as well as an ensuite and TV, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, plenty of room to sleep 2 families.

Some of the features included are electric cooking, microwave and split system heating and cooling in the main area.

The open living area has comfortable couches in the loungeroom as well as a TV & DVD player. Sliding doors in the main area opens up on to a large deck with outdoor seating and gas BBQ, the ocean views from the balcony are simply beautiful!

There is a second bathroom and also a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience and plenty of space for parking including for a boat.

A great affordable holiday destination.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

No key safe at the property

Rental properties got a key safe at the property, this one didn’t have any. We collected keys from their office. Second night, there wasn’t hot water. Something was wrong with the hot water boiler !

Ocean Views

Ocean views from the balcony, lounge, kitchen and master bedroom were an absolute treat! Eclectically & thoughtfully decorated. Everything one could require in the kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Lots of birds in the garden. Only 2 concerns: no safety rails on the top bunks and unable to light the hotplates on the BBQ. Perfect, quiet spot in Phillip Island, even during the school holidays. Fantastic stay.
