Enjoy the quiet pleasures of Rhyll while having the Cowes shopping district and beaches only a short 10 minute drive away as are the other Island beaches.

Consisting of 4 bedrooms, this property is large enough to fit a big family but is also perfect for couples.

Upstairs you will find the open plan living area with comfortable lounges, telescope, tv and a dvd player. A good supply of childrens books and games are provided as well as an extensive dvd collection. A split system provides year round comfort with heating and cooling. Two ceiling fans are also here.

The large dining table seats 10 people and a babies high chair is also available. The kitchen is well equipped for the family needs.

Verandah's are positioned on both sides of the house from the upstairs area with the east facing verandah providing morning sun and magnificent water views. The verandah is large enough to relax on enjoying a wine or beer, eat on the outside setting as well as cook on using the bbq provided.

Also on this level are three bedrooms which comprise 2 queen sized beds, 1 double and a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans to provide extra comfort. The main bathroom has a bath, seperate shower and toilet.

Downstairs is the additional 4th bedroom made private by a small partition wall, this bedroom also has a 50 inch tv and dvd player. Off this room is the second bathroom and toilet along with the laundry. *Please note; the bunk beds in the photo are no longer at the property!

The property has ample parking with some undercover parking as well as enough room for a boat.

This property is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind in!

*Please note: the potbelly fireplace is not available for guest use! *

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

Great stay
Lovely large home, with everything you need to be comfortable. However would benefit from having a clothes dryer or clothes horse as it was very difficult to dry our clothes due to the weather and the position of the clothes line. Beds were very comfortable. The home itself could do with some door nobs repairs, however the overall stay, convivence to town and the Phillip Island Circuit was good with an awesome veranda over looking the water. I would recommend this place to other travellers if they weren't looking for a perfect property, It is comfortable, in a quiet street and a pretty setting. I would stay again, especially if they put in a clothes drier! Defiantly required for the Phillip Island weather conditions. Communication with the real estate staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff

Spacious, clean, away from crowds
Four of us seniors stayed there for two nights. This is a lovely accommodation with plenty of room, very well equipped with utensils you may need during your stay. Guest are required to bring their own linen which is unusual. Apart from complicated and not very well handled check-in process, we were very happy with our short stay. The shower is amazing too!

Peaceful and Perfect for Family
Not only can you see the bay from the windows, but it's a short walk down the hill to the water. The well-equipped kitchen was an asset. I call it perfect for a family because the place is not so luxurious or immaculate that you are afraid you will break something. Instead, it is clean and serviceable. You can comfortably relax in a place like this.

We will be back!
Loved the location, the simplicity of the house, the garden is divine! The view…everything! A few hiccups with the real estate agent’s automated communication that was annoying but sorted quickly with a few phonecalls. The only downside to the stay is the downstairs tv has no remote and it’s quite cold down there. But we loved it and we’re planning our return ❤️
