The location of Oceans on Parker is fantastic. Close to the CBD, restaurants, shopping centre (supermarket) and hotels for meals. The property is clean and spacious. I recommend this property to anyone.

The accommodation was one of the best things about our Tassie Christmas. We had all the family around on Christmas Day and the house was superb. We have stayed there on a previous occasion which is why we chose this for our base again. So well appointed and close to the Devonport CBD.

My family had a blast staying here. It really was a home away from home - fully stocked with everything you could want; two large areas to unwind, comfortable beds, all amenities within walking distance, very clean and welcoming. And the kind, considerate and timely responses from Kylie and Jason - above and beyond on all accounts.

Perfect for a family.

A lovely, well kept property with enough space for a family of five. My kids especially loved playing handball in the driveway each morning and afternoon! Perfect base to explore the northern parts of Tasmania, and a perfect location within Devonport. Everything was within walking distance, and the foreshore walk is lovely. My kids loved watching the Spirit of Tasmania leave each evening too!

Was better than expected

Was very surprised at how beautiful it looked when driving in. Opening the doors was just as surprising. An open plan living and everything was thought of to ensure the stay was as comfortable as possible. Only a 2 minute walk to a sensational seafood bar and grill and the walk along Victoria Parade was nice. Thank you.

Our best stay during our trip

We went on a 10 day trip to Tassy. We stayed all around the island. This property was the best. It was located in a very quiet area within a few minutes of drive to Spirit of Tasmania boarding. There was everything thing we needed, well organised and neatly presented. The Owners Kylie and Jason have to be appreciated for their hospitality. If we go to Devonport again, we will rent this place.

Modern two storey villa, suit couple or family with older kids

We enjoyed the villa. It was a great base for our travels. Comfy bed, extra bedding available if needed, nice bathroom. The reverse aircon kept us comfy on some very cold evenings. Kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks so much for the olive oil, salt and pepper, very useful. Excellent laundry, great to have a secure washing line. I would only suggest one thing. A suitcase rack for the master bedroom. I don't like putting baggage on the bed, so it meant we had it on the floor which was a bit awkward for packing and unpacking. Otherwise everything was great, glad we stayed.
