A beautiful and well maintained property. The housekeeper was very attentive and helpful but discreet.The pool was a good size with depth that allowed for diving. The spa was perfect for warming up after time in the pool. The landscaping gave good protection from onshore breezes. Direct access onto the beach with its reef close inshore, hosting a great diversity of fish.Lots of interesting books, puzzles, DVDs and table tennis to keep everyone entertained. The bikes need some maintenance....couldn't adjust seat heights and the brakes on one bike didn't work.Stunning artwork and tasteful furnishings.

This was our first trip to Fiji, and it couldn’t have been better! Katy was an amazing host from the very beginning to the end of our stay. She was always just a quick call or message away and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip successful. Mere and Nukai took exceptional care of us throughout our stay and truly made us feel welcome. Be sure to get the massage Mere recommends—it is worth it. The house is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.We also took advantage of the chef service, and it was one of the highlights of our trip and worth it. Every meal was delicious, there was plenty of food, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The ocean is a few steps away. The beach is beautiful, to walk on, sand is soft, great to collect shells and enjoy the view. We had special Lovo night, with Meke performance, and Fijian music. It was a memory we will never forget. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Bula! I’m Katy, and Fiji has always been close to my heart. My parents fell in love with the islands years ago and searched high and low for the perfect spot to call their Fijian home. When they found Villa Tinikatolu, they poured their love into restoring it. After Dad passed away, it became clear this home was too special to keep to ourselves — it needed to be shared. I’m a chef by trade, a traveller at heart, and what I love most is welcoming guests into a space that feels both luxurious and deeply personal, where every detail and every meal is about care, connection and joy.

Why they chose this property

Pacific Harbour is known as Fiji’s “Adventure Capital,” yet it still feels like a hidden paradise. From our beach you can paddle on calm waters, snorkel the reef just metres away, or watch Beqa Island glowing in the distance. A short trip takes you to waterfalls, rivers, rainforest zip lines and even world-class shark diving. What I love most, though, is the rhythm of life here — the warmth of the Nanuku community, the sound of the ocean at night, and the way “Fiji time” makes you slow down and savour every moment.
