Bula! I’m Katy, and Fiji has always been close to my heart. My parents fell in love with the islands years ago and searched high and low for the perfect spot to call their Fijian home. When they found Villa Tinikatolu, they poured their love into restoring it. After Dad passed away, it became clear this home was too special to keep to ourselves — it needed to be shared. I’m a chef by trade, a traveller at heart, and what I love most is welcoming guests into a space that feels both luxurious and deeply personal, where every detail and every meal is about care, connection and joy.
Why they chose this property
Pacific Harbour is known as Fiji’s “Adventure Capital,” yet it still feels like a hidden paradise. From our beach you can paddle on calm waters, snorkel the reef just metres away, or watch Beqa Island glowing in the distance. A short trip takes you to waterfalls, rivers, rainforest zip lines and even world-class shark diving. What I love most, though, is the rhythm of life here — the warmth of the Nanuku community, the sound of the ocean at night, and the way “Fiji time” makes you slow down and savour every moment.
