There's plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with a fully fenced court yard with paved alfresco area with outdoor setting & BBQ is perfect for lunchtime gatherings or relaxing evenings.

Reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs bedroom & downstairs living will keep you cool in summer & warm in winter.

The downstairs bedrooms are double size, one with 2 king single beds and a trundle & the other with a queen bed, both rooms have built in robes and share the main bathroom that features a separate bath and shower. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine & dryer.

The close proximity to the beach & modern comfortable features of this home make it an ideal holiday proposition for you.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Bin collection day is Tuesday please place both the green bin & recycling bin on the front curb Monday evening. If bin day is not during your stay bins are to be taken out to the curb on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
COVID POLICY COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting, therefore the cancellation policy will apply.
All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Groups with one guest over 21 and the rest 18-20 will be declined.
We do not accept leavers/schoolies - even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
