Dunsborough spa cottage - quiet spot, central town

Enjoy a romantic getaway or travel with the whole family including your furry friends! Relax in the spa or sit by the fire and enjoy a glass of red while the kids play in the toy room or bounce on the trampoline! This is a lovely quiet cottage house with a fully enclosed beautiful garden, just a 2 minute walk to Dunsborough town and a 4 minute walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms, master with king bed and large ensuite bathroom with spa bath. Loft bedroom upstairs (enclosed) with queen bed and bunk beds. A smaller third bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and a cot. Second bathroom downstairs. Separate play room fully equipped with a tv, toys and books. Fabulous outdoor entertaining area with heating and dining table. Child friendly with babygate to the upstairs area. Heating and air conditioning along with wood fire, pizza oven, Free wifi, smart tv with streaming, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, blender, BBQ, trampoline, swing/playground equipment, DVDs, high chair, iron, washer and dryer and kids toys. Garden is enclosed and dogs are allowed at owner discretion. Cleaning and linen/towels fee of $260 for each booking included in quote. Suit families and couples. No school leavers or events please and at least one guest must be over 21. Non smoking.

Tamazin’s home is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our short stay in Dunsborough. It had everything we needed to feel right at home and we were so grateful for all the toys and play equipment to keep our toddler entertained. The house is an easy walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. We would love to stay again.

Great family house

Great house and location! Kids loved the garden, and the dog was very content. Comfy beds, great amenities and playroom was a huge win for the kids. Great location to the town and walk to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

A beautiful spot for a holiday. Communication with the owner was excellent, location of the property was fantastic, a short walk to the town centre and the beach. House was very clean and the added extras were brilliant, especially if you have children . Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place to stay, central to everything in Dunsborough and only a couple of streets from the beach. The house was cosy and warm with the wood fire, which made the rainy winter weather more bearable. Lots of toys and games for the kids. Air hockey was a bonus and got well used. Tamazin was very helpful.

Peaceful getaway

We had a great time with our kids here, this place is in the perfect location, close to town, down the road from the Beach, we hardly used the car while we were there. Kids loved the sneaky short cut out the back to town. The kids / toy room was awesome to keep them entertained and give us parents a bit of a break and quiet time, it had all the amenities you need.

Awesome little house

Lovely property and would be amazing for family's with children but the caves road behind the house is very busy and is quite noisy so does impact the solitude a little , but no impact of safety as the front access road is a quite little cul de sac

Great Dunsborough Holiday Spot

Really enjoyed our stay with family (adult children, grandson & our dog) in this great holiday house. The only negative is more about previous guests ... some dirty saucepans and crockery that you can't expect a cleaner to have found. You would expect guests to clean thoroughly after use. Not that we let that spoil our break away! Beds were extra comfy and facilities extensive. Loved the coffee maker too.

Location was perfect. House was very clean. Lots of added extras like the bikes, coffee machine, spa, trampoline and the extra TV with Netflix. Beds comfortable. Easy access to home and communication. Some noise from traffic on Caves Road when out the back but didn’t notice for sleeping.

Excellent Family Friendly Stay

This is our second stay at the Spa Cottage. Absolutely love this place for its proximity to town and the beach, fully decked out with everything needed for a baby and toddler, amazing toy room which our toddler loved, and excellent and prompt communication with the host. Amazing Holiday

Our family had a great stay in the dunsborough house it had everything we needed and was so close to the beach and town. With a great play room for the kids as well. Tamazin was a great host and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this house to anyone can’t wait to come back!

Dog Friendly Adventure
