The two storey house is perfect for two families with two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom upstairs and another two bedrooms, living area and bathroom downstairs.

It has an expansive deck overlooking the township of Bermagui with outdoor dining setting and barbeque for your convenience. Sit and relax whilst the kids and/or dog play safely in the fully fenced backyard.

Located an 8-minute walk to the beach and 10-minute walk to the center of town, this property is convenient, affordable, comfortable and awaiting holiday guests!

This house has been set up with all the comforts of home:

Kitchen- look out at the view while cooking in this newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and even a coffee machine.

Living area upstairs- day-bed, lounge, fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, large flat screen smart television and 8 seater dining table.

Bedroom one upstairs - queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, drawers, wardrobe, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart television.

Bedrooom two upstairs- queen size bed, drawers, clothes hanger, reverse cycle air-conditioning

Bedroom three downstairs - queen size bed, bedside table, wardrobe.

Bedroom four downstairs- tri-bunk.

Living area downstairs- Lounge, smart television and reverse cycle air-conditioning, Tri-Bunk. Perfect area for the kids!

The property also supplies Wi-Fi and the upstairs television has access to Foxtel. Come to your home away from home in Bermagui at Uralla.

Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Dogs are welcome inside house although pets are not allowed on the furniture or carpeted areas. The backyard is fully fenced. Limit of One dog unless by prior written arrangement.
The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if there are noise complaints.

Parking for 2-3 cars and 2 x boat.

No smoking inside.

Our booking was cancelled by the owner.
I have given one stars to each rating category that we were notable to assess because the original booking for the pictured premises was cancelled by the owner, after having had the booking in place for several weeks. Which meant we were left with little time to find an alternative for the peak time of Easter. Thankfully it was managed through a local real estate agent, who found us alternative accommodation, which was not easy for our large family group requiring a dog-friendly rental. So huge thanks to the real estate agent, but no thanks to the original owner.
