Enjoy a simple, old-fashioned seaside vacation in this adorable duplex west of Gulf Drive and just two houses from the beach in the quaint village of Anna Maria.

Walk up the shell path and enter through a shared screened porch to a newly remodeled haven. With 4 parking spaces, you have plenty of space for golf carts and guests.

"Big Seader " combines both sides of the duplex for twice as much room and amenities. Each unit together offers updated Kitchens with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Rest in comfort with a King bed in two bedrooms and with two twin beds in the third and fourth bedrooms.

Prepare your meals on the gas grill or stroll a few blocks for a meal at one of the many family-owned restaurants on Pine Ave and Gulf Drive.

No worries about traffic as the street ends at the beach. Play at the beach all day and be close enough to come home for lunch. Outdoor shower for easy clean up before entering.

If this is too much space for you or you'd like to return with a smaller party, opt for Sun and Seader North or South.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

Beautiful location, excellent property

Despite the weather not being the best, we as a family enjoyed our weekend vacation at this property. Everything was clean, the sheets and towels were so sparkling white that I just could not believe my eyes. The house is stocked with every kitchen essential and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Literally steps from the beach. We will be coming back!

Great location

Location is what made this property appealing. one house away from beach access, literally a 2 minute walk to beach (most of which was sandy trail to beach). Unit is older but fairly updated. Lawn chairs that were provided were falling apart. NO DISHWASHER for those who feel that is important (not a big deal for us). Was not overly impressed with Kate, who wanted to complain more than getting the door unlocked between units (which took 4 days to open!). We loved the ability to walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Both kitchens well stocked but everything was very old. Beach towels are tiny ... truly big enough for a toddler but not an adult. Thankfully we brought our own.

As always in the contract we can't guarantee beach equipment due to wear and tear; however, we do have 24/7/365 maintenance that does respond without being sent to an answering service. Thank you for the kind words about the property it is a wonderful location. We look forward to your return and promise to communicate better. Additionally, the previous guest lost a key and the owner was out of town so we did the best we could to have the doors opened and provide you with a key.

Short walk to the beach

We loved how close this was to the beach. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to walk on the beach to have dinner at The Sandbar. It has a nice roomy screened in porch. Great for families.
