Contemporary fully furnished condo with screened-in lanai, canal and nature preserve views, 27' / 10,000lb boat dock and lift for rent ($300/mo), two person kayak, tennis courts, pool and hot tub, wi-fi, and carport in a gated community. Minimum lease of 30 days (HOA requirement).

This modern condo sleeps up to 6 people in two queen size beds and a bunk bed. We also have a travel crib if you have an infant. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, and an spacious shower compartment. The master bedroom and lanai have a southern exposure with beautiful views of the Four Mile Cove Nature Preserve

Other features: The kitchen is modern, with Corian counters, cook-top range, refrigerator with ice-maker, hoodtop microwave, pantry, dining area, and breakfast bar with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, flatware, toaster, blender, a coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee machine.

The living room features a sofa and love-seat, a 42' HDTV with VCR, Blu-ray DVD, Cable TV with DVR, high speed internet with secure wi-fi, and a CD player. There is also cable TV with a 32' HDTV in the master bedroom.

Nearby amenities and attractions: Island Cove is located just off the mid-point bridge (Veterans Pkwy/Colonial Blvd).

Within 5 minutes drive: Publix, Wal-mart, bowling alley, and a 10 screen movie theatre.
Within 10 minutes: dozens of restaurants, lots of shopping.
Within 45 minutes: Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island. (If you're boating, it's 10 minutes to the river, and about 90 minutes to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach).

Ft Myers airport (RSW) is about a 35 minute drive, Ft Lauderdale and Tampa are about 2 hours and 15 minutes, and Orlando is about 3 hours.

The propoerty was well kept and fairly represented

My wife and I stayed here for the month of September. We can't say enough good things about the condo and the owner was even better. He was VERY responsive and caring toward us and made every effort to insure we enjoyed our stay. If we could give it 10 stars we would. Also, the location was very close to shopping and local restaurants and Fort Meyers. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo

The property is very nice. Beautiful canal surrounds the property. We have a 9 and an 11 year old. The gated community is quite safe and we let them ride their scooters around without us. The pool was on the small side and was filled with retirees. Not many kids in this place so we had to really be careful with what the kids could do in the pool so as not to disturb the other "swimmers". Most people here are snowbirds so Dec-April is the high season. Most people were very friendly. Benn's condo was very well stocked with cooking utensils and other basic items you could need. Benn is super nice and accomodating. The condo was exactly as described/pictured. We stayed two months and could have stayed longer. We would absolutely stay in this place again.

Relaxing condo

We were very comfortable in Benn’s condo. We had everything we needed for a two month stay. The pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, kayak were all available. The walk around the canal was great exercise and a pleasant view, as well. We even saw manatee and dolphin!

I highly recommend staying at this property. It was very updated and extremely clean, The location cannot be beat it is just minutes to everywhere in Cape coral and about 10 min and about 10 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. The owners were very receptive to all of my needs.

Nice stay!

Such amazing nature right off the lanai! Manatees, fish, hawks, iguanas, birds etc. nice quiet community. Clean condo. Owner communicates very well and immediately. Pleasant stay for 3 months while our new home was being built!

Excellent Experience

Great location and very friendly host. Benn was able to take us out several times on his boat. He definitely made the whole process very easy as this was our first VRBO/AirBNB experience. The condo had everything you could ask for (WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, etc.). The beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Awsome vaccation condo!!

We, a family of four, stayed at the condo in July 2016 and had a wonderful time. The pictures of the place is accurate. The area is very nice and clean. It´s close to everything, shops,restaurants and nature but still a very calm and quiet place. The owner, Benn, is very helpful with whatever you would need to get help with. The poolarea is very well maintained as well as the rest of the community. We had everything that we wanted at our stay. This is a place that we will love to come back to! Carina

Condo Rental

My wife and i stayed at this beautiful condo february and march 2014. We must say this condo was very clean when we arrived. The owners were very helpful in the rental of this property. We will definitely stay at this condo again. Lots of shopping, restaurants, beaches grocery stores. They supplied everyhting in this unit. We give them a 10 star rating. Island Cove Condo, Cape Coral, FL

The description and photos were accurate. The Condo, as well as the surrounding property and pool, was clean and well maintained. We were there a month. It was very comfortable with the appropriate amenities. The owner outdid himself to help make our stay enjoyable. Stores, restaurants, and attractions were plenty and if not enough, Ft Myers is just over the bridge. I would recommend it to others.

We have relatives in Cape Coral, and thought we'd buy a vacation home in the hopes of spending more time with them when we can get the time off to visit. Island Cove is secure, modern, beautiful, and has quick access to the river.
