About this property

The Beach House is our family holiday house so you can communicate directly with us. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double and one single bed sleeping a maximum of five guests. Couples will be given the queen bedroom but should you require two beds please specify and the alternate bedroom will be made available at a nominal extra tariff for linen.
The Beach House has FREE Wifi a smart TV with Netflix access and a dedicated work/study area.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious fresh local seafood. Decor features include original art, wood-panelled walls, polished timber floors, deep sofas and comfortable deck chairs. There is convenient electric heating as well as the special warmth of an open fire. Games, a selection of movies and music, gas barbecue, boogie boards and wetsuits are all provided. From the open deck there are sweeping views of Georges Bay and the surrounding hills. Take a short stroll on a private track to he sandy secluded bayside beach. Youll usually have ut all to yourself plus pelicans.

Locality
You'll find the new ST HELENS MOUTAIN BIKE TRAILS masthead at Flagstaff just 4 minutes drive from the Beach House. PERON DUNES and BEER BARREL BEACH are also just 5 minutes drive heading east along St Helens Point Rd. Drive north to the magnificent beaches of the Bay of Fires or inland to Pyengana with its cheese factory or head up to the BLUE TIER to explore St Columba Falls.

Property
On entering the Beach House you are immediately drawn to the front deck and the stunning views over Georges Bay; your only company are the pelicans and kookaburras and the occasional sea eagle soaring above the majestic gum trees. The nearby holiday houses are obscured by bush and there is a secluded, winding track between you and the bayside beach. Your dog is free to explore on this beach.
The Beach House itself is weatherboard with polished floors, white walls, furnishings in shades of blue, original art and a wide selection of costumes and DVDs. The mood is retro. As the owners love to visit too, many guests comment on the feeling of stepping into a much loved family retreat with many touches that make the Beach House a world away from your standard holiday unit managed by an impersonal agency.

Leave fireplace as you find it with debris and ash swept into a pile. Use fire guard at ALL times when fire lit.

Im sorry to hear you couldnt access our Wifi. It certainly was On with our supplier so can only think the modem had somehow been knocked in the bedroom and accidentally become detached. Always a good idea to call and we could have directed you how to fix the problem.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Perfect location for a relaxing break overlooking the water. Cosy cottage with a very homely atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. Great place to have our little dog with some lovely walks along shoreline close by.
