Thirty Two JW - Beachfront

Nestled amongst a small cluster of classic beach shacks, Thirty Two JW is a cute, cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom beach front property with no road in between (only 100m from water) located in the peaceful holiday destination of James Well on beautiful Yorke Peninsula.

The heart of the shack is its open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, complete with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: electric oven/hotplates, microwave and a coffee machine for that essential cappuccino to kickstart your day. Plus, find all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware you need to whip up tasty meals.

There are plenty of DVD's to watch on the flat screen TV or you can play a game on the PS4. Games, books and magazines are also there for your enjoyment.

The compact bathroom features a shower and toilet (no bath).

Please be aware that guests are required to bring their own linen, including quilts, sheets, pillows, towels, tea towels, bath mats, beach towels, and hand towels. Quilts are supplied for the bunk bed only.


Pet Friendly

We have a dog who adores the beach so we understand how important it is for your pets to join in on the getaway fun. That's why we happily welcome pets at the shack.

We do ask that you bring your own dog bed with you and do not allow your furry companions on any of the furniture.


Location

James Well is renowned for its fishing and crabbing (any month with "R" in it is when you will have the most luck with the 'bluey's'). Crabbing equipment is available for your use in the shed.

Two minutes down the road is the Rogues Point boat ramp which is tidal and has a great permanent beach shelter which is perfect for the hot weather.

Ardrossan is only 6km away and provides a fantastic 7 day supermarket, 2 hotels, hospital, service station, golf course, tennis courts, ATM, fabulous bakery, laundromat, police station and hardware store so any supplies you may need are only a short drive away.

Leisurely walks on the beach, reading, relaxing or exploring all that Yorke Peninsula has to offer - you can do it all at James Well. An ideal location for a summer beach holiday or cosy winter getaway.

Thirty Two JW embodies the true essence of a 'shack'. It's not a luxurious beach house, so if that's what you're looking for, this may not be the right fit for you.

You can however experience the enjoyment of fishing, crabbing, swimming and exploring the surrounding areas, or just chilling at a very comfortable shack and enjoying the peace and tranquility that Thirty Two JW offers.

You should be aware that Thirty Two JW is in a rural area, so during your stay, you may encounter:
- Field mice
- Sandflies
