50M Walk to the beach! Great quick getaway from The City
Thank you for checking out our little holiday home. Located at Rogues Point on the Yorke Peninsula being an easy drive from Adelaide, just metres from the ocean and a boat ramp and the beach.
Ardrossan is only five minutes by car with a local Foodland has everything you will need along with a chemist, pubs, liquor and hardware store, butcher plus a bakery in town as well.
Our holiday home is small but cosy, featuring three bedrooms with double size beds, one bathroom and 2 toilets, eat in dining area located to the side of the kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with a flat screen TV also has UNLIMITED WI-FI. There is a reverse Cycle air con unit plus ceiling fans in all the bedrooms ,pillows, blankets, quilts towels and linen provided, lots of car parking spaces out the front and one car parking space on the driveway, also has an outdoor BBQ.
All guests are welcome to a complimentary late check out during off peak times (please confirm with us).
