Back Beach Bliss - Sorrento

This 4 bedroom brick house has everything and more. It is walking distance to both Back and Bay Beaches.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet, this house is a great entertainer. The open plan dining and lounge area works well with the great size kitchen which is well equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The lounge is complete with 75 inch plasma TV (Foxtel) with blu ray DVD player and bluetooth stereo.

There are two outdoor areas. The undercover area has the 6 burner BBQ and timber table and 10 chairs, so perfect for those summer afternoons. The other area is outside the dining room door, which is a lovely protected spot in winter. Then there is also the back yard for the kids to run around and kick a ball.

The yard is fully fenced, so there is plenty of privacy and security for the little kids.

The massive games room at the end on the driveway is a great kids/teenagers retreat. Also great for those adults that like a bit of competition. With table & chairs, to play the many board games on,
dart board, table tennis table, pool table and couches to sit on while you watch a movie
(from the many in house to select from) on the 50 inch TV (Foxtel) with DVD player.
So if the weather isn't so good, the kids can go to their space and the parents are left in peace inside.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and 80 cm TV with built in DVD player.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk on top and another single bed.
Bedroom 4 has 3 x single beds.

Porta Cot and High Chair are provided.

Altogether the house sleeps 11 people.

Swim, Coffee, Winery or a walk in the National Park ???

Being situated in the narrowest part of the Peninsula you have a choice of bay beach or ocean beach.

Walk up Hughes road to the Koonya Ocean Beach where the entrance is to the National Park.
The beautiful walking tracks are there for you to explore the wonderful coastline that is "The Peninsula". Walk the track to the Coppins Back Beach for a coffee at "All Smiles".
Or walk to the calm and child friendly bay beach.

Stroll to the famous "Koonya General Store" where you can get your morning paper and a fresh coffee for the stroll home. The store stocks all your basic grocery needs, ice, gas bottles etc.

A couple of minutes by car and you are in the main street of Sorrento. Have a coffee or some lunch, maybe dinner and a movie. Otherwise just wear yourself out with the endless shops.

Take a day trip to one of the many wineries for a tasting or board the Sorrento Ferry for a trip to Queenscliffe.

Or two families. It is set up that both families have their own bedrooms together and bathroom.

There is plenty of current magazines, games, movies and books for all ages.

We provide all tea, coffee, milk and other various condiments for your use during your stay.
