Located off the main roads in Smiths Beach is this renovated 2 storey holiday home. The perfect place for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, this home is situated in a quiet street only a short stroll to the local "Smithy's" General Store and Smiths Beach.

The top storey of this home consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and off down the hall way are 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and a bathroom. A large outdoor entertaining area including BBQ and outdoor setting is also located on this level through glass sliding door adjacent to the kitchen. Two bedrooms have queen size beds with the third consisting of a double/single bunk bed and set of single bunks. Upstairs cooling and heating is supplied by a split systems
.

On the ground level, with access directly from the carport, is a large entertaining/living area. This has been set up with couches, sofa beds, TV/DVD and table tennis table. A separate bathroom (toilet and shower) and laundry is also located on this level. This room also has cooling and heating via a split system.

Behind lockable gates there is ample off street parking either under the carport or in driveway. This driveway area can accommodate trailer parking including boat access for those who enjoy a spot of fishing or family fun on the water. Outside has been fully landscaped so sit back and enjoy the grass under your feet.

Ideally located to many local attractions such as: Smiths Beach (500m) Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (2.5km), A Maze N Things and Rusty Water Brewery (3km), Wineries - Purple Hen (4km), Phillip Island Winery (6km), Cowes (7km), Penguin Parade (11km).

Bedding:

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. Guests are required to provide their own linen (sheets and pillowslips) and towels unless otherwise arranged.

Another great stay

Home away from home

A fabulously spacious home in a wonderful location. It is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The house is in a great location, with the general store and magnificent Smiths Beach only a short stroll away.

Absolutely perfect

The house was very well presented and had everything a guest could ask for. Its in an absolutely perfect location with the beach only a few streets away and the track within walking distance. Owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Race Weekend

We went for a weekend of racing and the location for the track was fantastic. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need including utensils, pots, pans and crockery. Owner requests you to take your own towels and bed sheets and there’s no wifi at the property so the perfect time to switch off.

Fabulous little place!

Fabulous place in great location in the Island. Perfect distance to all attractions and sights. Beautifully set up, great size rooms, comfy beds and lovely homey feel. Downstairs area perfect! Loved finding letter from previous owner - was beautiful to read history of home and re the sale and see obvious fab revamp! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to visit again and will definitely recommend to others. Thanks Great communication from Simone.

Holiday with kids

A lovely house in a beautiful area of Philip island. Great location for a family. 10 min walk to Smiths beach and a short drive to other Phillip island facilities and attractions. The recreation area downstairs was great and there was air conditioning in upstairs and Downstairs living areas but not the bedrooms. There was no wi fi access. Did need to take own linen which added to The packing requirement downstairs living areas.

Wonderful break with our Adult Children

The house was perfect, close to the beach, penguins, san remo and cowes. The facilities really suited a family of 5 - all adults, we had plenty of space to play board games, cook, hang out, play table tennis and watch Harry Potter. Would highly recommend this place, its our 5th time there and we will return. Thanks to the owner who is always really helpful.

Beach holiday

The house was perfect for the two of us with four grandchildren. We walked to the beach, had space to play table tennis, and enough space and beds to make for a very comfortable stay.

Great house for families. Downstairs is a great space for teenagers where they can sleep and play games and have their own bathroom/toilet. Adults can relax upstairs. Love the outdoor area and backyard. Perfect location. Close enough to walk to beach but not too close to the beach traffic. Loved our stay

Everyone was really happy here.

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The large open downstairs rumpus area was a cool place to hangout. The upstairs balcony was gorgeous in the morning and perfect for an evening barbecue.

Relaxing stay

This rental is excellent for families. My husband and I have the upstairs area and the kids take over downstairs. They have their own shower and toilet and only come upstairs for meals. The outdoor area means we can eat outside for all meals and avoid mess inside. The house is situated perfectly from the beach. A short walk to the beach and not too close to the busy car parking and shop area. We have been coming to Smiths for 8 years and this house for 3. love it !

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay here it was perfect for our little family. Only downside I would say is maybe a little upgrading on facilities ie. Smart tv that we can watch netflix as that is big for families these days but not a massive deal as busy out in the island and also minor cleanliness it was quite dusty in the rooms etc. But they are minor things everything else was great we had a very fun time and thank you to the host for prompt response in communication. Thanks again 😊

Perfect family getaway home!

Absolutely superb house for parents with kiddies! My little ones had an absolute ball having their own playroom downstairs. It’s a total game changer, and with the doors that open into the garden too, they were never short of things to do. The location is fantastic being only a short walk to the local shops through peaceful, quiet and friendly streets. The house is light, bright, comfortable and great for families. Not to mention communication with Simone was literally 10/10. Hopefully this is the first of many stays for us at this house!

All the comforts of home
