Joanna Cottage Retreat

Joanna Cottage is one of our architecturally designed retreats, nestled in the sand dunes with breathtaking views of both the Johanna Valley and the coast.
The cottage boasts a light-filled, open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring electric cooking, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine (compatible with both beans and ground coffee). Step out onto the enclosed deck to soak in the panoramic ocean and valley views while enjoying a meal prepared on the Weber BBQ. Inside, unwind on the cozy window seat, basking in the sunshine and gazing out over the scenic landscape, or relax by the warmth of the wood fire.
Johanna Cottage is fully self-contained, offering three comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with two king single beds. The bathroom includes a bath, a shower, and a vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
The cottage is a short 650-meter walk to Johanna Beach and features a fully fenced yard, perfect for pets.
During your stay at our Great Ocean Road accommodation, you'll have full access to our on-site amenities, including an indoor heated communal pool, a veggie garden, and fresh, free-range eggs from our chicken shed. All of our beach cottages are pet-friendly, making Johanna Cottage an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.
