We appreciate your comments regarding hanging space, the absence of a dryer, and the shower pressure, and these will be passed along to our maintenance team and the homeowner for review. In regard to additional towels, these can certainly be arranged prior to your stay through our office for a small fee. We also wanted to note that when booking through an external agent, nightly rates are often higher, which can sometimes influence perceptions of value for money.
