About this property

Charming Adirondack Lake Home- Private Beach

Private guesthouse on Brant Lake, less than 10 minute drive from I-87. 30 minutes to Gore Mountain, Great Escape, pumpkin/apple picking, Lake George Village and many more fall/winter favorites!

Home accommodates 6 people with each having their own bed- we do not allow larger group due to our septic system. A king bedroom is on the main level, while the larger bedroom is on the 3rd floor equipped with an additional 5 beds and an additional TV.

The beach is private to the property, equipped with chairs, fire pit and kayaks. Dock can accommodate a boat of up to 18ft, with a launch less than a 5 minute drive away. In the winter a popular ice fishing spot directly in front of the house.

The home is above the garage which is open for use of any ski/boating/fishing equipment.

House has both air and heat. We provide blankets and towels for both the beach and bath. You must bring your own sheets or we can provide for $15 per bed.

Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Let us know if you have any specific questions!

All bookings from June 25 through August 15 must be Saturday to Saturday.

Wonderful week at the lake

Perfect lake setting! We enjoyed the kayaks, sitting on the beach, swimming, walking… also took our rafts for a float down the Schroon River, and went for a drive down to Lake George for an evening concert. Most of all we enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of Brant Lake.

Weekend getaway

My Husband and some of his friends went up for a weekend. Great place right on the lake. Hosts were very nice and very accommodating. Great stay.
