'Jetty Views Old Dunsborough' is a luxurious ground floor 3 bed, 2 bathroom (and powder room) apartment contained within the architecturally designed development 'High View on North'.
The location of the apartment is second to none with the balcony just a mere 80 metres to the ocean with no roads to cross. The balcony to the front of the apartment has views down over the foreshore grassed areas to the water lapping on the shore of the Bay.
Views encompass the enclosed (shark net) swimming beach, Old Dunsborough boat ramp and jetty with the continuous activity of boat users & swimmers in the Bay.
Summer parking close to the beach will be the least of your worries when staying at 'Jetty Views Old Dunsborough'.
Internally the main living zone, incorporating dining and kitchen, with double glazed windows and commercial grade sliding doors for heat & noise reduction, these can be opened up to include the outside balcony and views.
The open modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, Miele oven, gas hotplates, microwave and a dishwasher, incorporating ample bench & cupboard space. This area also features Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and a Smart TV within the lounge area.
Each of the bedrooms contain their own Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning for individual comforts, with bedrooms one and two also featuring ocean views. Bedroom three contains two single beds that can be easily made into a Queen if required.
Bedroom 1 has its own ensuite, with twin basins, marble benchtop with full height tiling to the entire bathroom including the massive shower area and WC. The second bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms & has a marble benchtop, full height wall tiling, separate bath and shower, WC, heated towel rail & washing machine & dryer.
