June through September are off season for our village. 3 out of the 4 restaurants are closed, the fish market, and local museum are closed. Marco island is minutes away with regular hours of operation during the summer months.
*We are not located ON Marco Island, we are 5 miles on the outskirts of the city, and the beaches.

This cottage is one of a kind, as It rests on a very private east corner of the island, at the waters edge. We have a lovely pier, and wonderful seats at the seawalls edge, the water is right under your feet! You get full exposure to the waters wildlife at the tip of your toes.

What makes this property unique

When staying with us, you can enjoy so much without the crowds. Fishing, Biking, Kayaking, hiking the Everglades, can all be enjoyed with just your travel companion. No hustle and bustle here, just a serene personal space. Grocery stores are minutes away, and provide plenty of fresh food to prepare in the full kitchen in our cottage.
