We are a family friendly beachfront home directly opposite Mudjimba Beach, Sunshine Coast, QLD. This large, open plan holiday house sleeps up to ten guests in comfort and is suitable for sharing.

Come and relax in Mudjimba and enjoy it's fully patrolled beaches and beautiful surrounds. We love it here and know you will as well :-)

Great getaway

A thoroughly great getaway! A fantastic position. Great outdoor area especially with a dog. Great house for a large family such as ours. Happy to recommend & an extremely good host to have dealings with for our stay!

Mudjimba beach house

Just across the road from the beach. Heaps of space to entertain your family indoors when it’s pouring. Close to a delightful dog beach and the surf life saving club. Good restaurants and shopping centre near by. Pool to entertain the kids.

Great location

Great location- just over the road from the beach and a couple of 100 metres from coffee shop and cafes. Property a lived in family home so not a pristine show-home but good for us!

Our stay ways great! A few things missing that we couldn’t find in the house like chopping boards and a broom but over all everything was lovely. Great location

Perfect Escape

Every detail has been well thought out in this property, had a brilliant time. Enjoyed escaping to the beach every day, absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be back again.

Magic property

Our stay was most enjoyable and relaxing. Great location with all the creature comforts on hand. Kids could use the pool while we were even preparing dinner and lunch as you could see them easily from the kitchen. Outdoor areas were set up well, providing a great atmosphere to enjoy our beach stay. Owners seem to have thought of all the nick nacky things that made our stay seem very homely.

Great house, good times

Went there with another couple and had a lovely relaxing time. Close to beach, and lazy pool times at night. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 6 who live in our beautiful home in Mudjimba. We love the beach, exercise & outdoors. We are from Western QLD originally so return home regularly which leaves our house available for guests at different periods throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

Our house has a great energy to it along with the Mudjimba Community. You can hear the beach and it's just a minute stroll away (well 40 seconds!).

What makes this property unique

We are located directly across the road from the beach. If you are looking for an easy holiday to spend time with your family & friends, walk everywhere & enjoy our beachside community then our house is perfect for you.

We also have 4 seperate bedrooms that are accompanied by a bathroom (2 ensuited, 2 main bathrooms). The house is perfect for groups to share yet still enjoy their own space.
